Now she knew something was up. Standing in the stairwell she got a very funny feeling that something bad was happening, she just couldn't put her finger on what it was....and then it happened. Every light in the building went out, and from either side of her she could hear the steel doors sliding into place sealing off the stairway and in turn her exits. Instantly she felt as though she couldn't breath. She knew the drill...it would be thirty seconds before the reserve lights came on and she could see again...but for her, those thirty seconds were like an eternity.
Pressing her back into the wall, she drew in a couple quick breaths trying her best to calm down. In the midst of her near panic attack she had forgotten about the earpiece she had put in just before leaving her office, and it wasn't until she heard Carmine's frantic voice coming through the static that she was able to snap out of it. Though even then, she couldn't think well enough to speak. "Kevala! Come in! What's going on? Are you alright?!" Of course he was panicking. She had left her office without him or Edward and moments later the power went out. He knew well enough about her past to know that there was a very real possibility that something was being done to try and get to her. Yet she could not bring herself to say anything to assure him that she was alright.
The heat of her eyes tearing up was felt as she bit down on the inside of her cheek to try and keep from completely loosing it. Whoever was responsible for this was going to pay, no doubt about that. Then, as the emergency light clicked on, the yellow bulb cast a very eerie, ominous glow over the abandoned stairwell. It did little to settle her nerves, but as she stood there, the muffled, somewhat panicked sound of her niece drew her attention toward the steel plate that separated the staircase from the fourth floor. Ira! Restez où vous êtes, je serai là."[Ira! Stay where you are, I will be right there.]
She didn't know if that was genuine fear she detected in the girls muffled voice, or if it was just some trick, but she she also knew that Ira didn't sleep and she was willing to bet that some of that had to do with a fear of the darkness. Her hand raising upward to her ear, she pressed the small button located on the earpiece. "Carmine! I am alright. Unseal the panel separating stairwell C from the fourth floor. Now!" She didn't have to explain why she was freaking out....it was kind of a given.
Within a matter of minutes their would be a loud clicking sound, the steel plate sliding out of place and granting her access back up to the fourth floor to where her office was. Those now crimson eyes, complete with a slight film of tears finding Ira as she drew in a deep breath, stamping down her panic as fast as she could. "Maintenant, voulez-vous me dire ce qui se passe ici?"[Now, do you care to tell me what is going on here?]
Kevala was not stupid. There was only one way to throw the power to the entire school and that was on the roof, the roof which was only accessible from this floor....and only herself, Carmine, Edward and Ira had been up here. Her head motioning to follow as she turned to head back in her office so she could look at the monitors. Luckily all the security equipment ran on a secondary, hidden, power supply that was nowhere near this building. So she wasn't blind to the chaos going on all over the school. "What in the name of the Gods is happening with these kids today?" Her brow arching, mind debating on whether or not she should unseal the lock down and send Edward to restore power, or if she should just let them all vent their little outburst in a rather controlled environment. For now....she would do nothing. Instead turning to Ira, fully expecting some kind of explanation as to what the hell was going on.

Once Kevala entered the fourth floor Ira would lunge and latch her arms around her aunty. "I was so scared!" Had to play the part, right? Kevala then would ask her what was going on. Shit. She was growing suspicious. Ira needed to cover her tracks. It was way too early to lose the trust of her aunty. She needed it as it were a big roll in making this school a walk in the park. Not only that, but it was fun.
Ira pulled free from her aunty and looked up at her. "I-I" her eyes began to water before it domino into a full fledged cry. Her hands began to shake as she fell to her knees. K... she wasn't that afraid of the dark. Big reason she had insomnia was cause... Her mom was a cesspool of bad genes. "I didn't want to do it." her buried her face in her palms as she whimpered slightly. "Shane....Shane Westley... I... Well... This is stupid... but..I'm have a crush on him and he.... he is uses me... Told me to pull the wires from the breaker. I says no to him, because I don't like the dark..but...he....threatened me."
Why Shane? She had yet to meet many other people..that and he was a pillar. How lovely was this all turning out? "I... Think the pillars are planning something." after all she blamed the other pillar on the gym vandalism.

Cael would cock a smooth, cocky grin even his cheeks turning up in the face of Shane and Max standing up to him. Well seeing as how it was in his objectives to do this anyway, why wait any longer.
*Paow!*
A quick right hook fired into Max's face quickly recoiling it, but then the lights went out. They didn't quite catch the puppy-dog hit the floor as it did so.
It'd take the time for the lights back on to realize that Cael had crouched to the ground firing a wide left sweeping kick at Shane to catch him off his feet. Though the boy had been "prepared" it was likely that the combination of the lights going out and his guard up that would make the attack go unnoticed.

"Ye see, this is why I never joined a petty school gang," Patrick said with a slight frown, "Ye don't think. Ye don't think long term. Everything is so immediate with ye. For example, this kid that owes ye money. I really don't care about him, if ye had done this off school property, or hell, where I couldn't hear about it or see about it we'd be fine. We ain't friends but we don't gotta be enemies either. But ye have to think about the immediate respect issue, showing yer boys that ye ain't afraid of the system. Some day that's gonna be yer down fall, because ye don't think. The man has been around for as long as he has because he's stronger, but not all seeing. Ye don't have to lose any respect so long as ye ain't seen."
Patrick's tone wasn't really indicative of a threat, but it was a little condescending if they weren't wise enough to take his advice. If Juan was, then he'd see the logic in Patrick's words, because like he said, Patrick was a smart guy. And intelligence and logic was exactly what Patrick was using. Trying to convince the guy that there really was no need for violence, least not here, least not now.
"Look, the smart move is obvious," Patrick said in a tone that wasn't condescending, taking a step forward towards Juan placing his right hand on his shoulder as a gesture of good will, good faith if you will as he suggested a mutually beneficial alternative to Juan, "Just leave the kid alone, for now. He ain't gonna stop owin ye money. And yer right ye haven't broken any rules. At the end of the day today, I'm sure ye know where to find the kid as he walks off school grounds and then, well it's out of my hands and at that point I couldn't give two shits about what ye do to the kid. Ye get yer money, ye keep yer re-"
Patrick would cut off his little suggestion by lifting his right knee into Juan's balls as hard as he could, pulling him in by the shoulder, his right foot taking lead. After that Patrick's right hand would slide up behind Juan's neck pulling his head forward as Patrick slammed the top of his forehead into the kid's nose, wasting no time to send a left hook to the right side of the kid's throat, fun fact, hitting the side of the throat was a lot more disabling then hitting it dead on because not only did it force out air but if fucked with blood flow to the brain.
Having done that Patrick would throw Juan to the right, into the guy with the bat as Patrick pulled out his tie in his left pocket with the keys attached to the end taking a step towards the guy on his left. Swinging the improvised flail downward at the unarmed guy Patrick's aim was for the guy's face. He intended to use the blades of his keys to cut up the guys face, causing blood to trickle down into the guys eyes or possibly even cut one of the eyes, not really caring how he did it but hoping to blind him, incapacitate him. Now the Beauty of Patrick's makeshift weapon was that it wasn't a stiff weapon, meaning that blocking was far more tricky then these mooks likely knew how to do. Unless the keys themselves were stopped, for example the guy blocked the cloth, they'd still travel into the guy's face cutting him up albeit not with as much force or as deeply but not enough to really stop Patrick's objectives from being achieved in some form. No, the only way to stop this attack was either to dodge it, or put your hands up to stop the keys which would still hurt like a bitch and likely cut him up. Patrick didn't need to knock him out perse, just incapacitate him, hopefully before the other guy with the bat got his bearings back, Patrick paying attention to the whole skirmish.
Patrick wasn't the most charismatic guy, but he had been around gangs for awhile. He knew how to safely stroke their egos and seem nonthreatening until it was too late. And as was evident here, when it came to gangs he wasn't above sneak attacks or low blows because well, he was out numbered and they did have a proper weapon. Pragmatic, that's what Patrick was, a combat pragmatic...

She found herself slowly starting to back away from the whole thing, yet as the sudden clunking sounds coming from the school itself hit her ears, she would swallow down a rather large lump which suddenly formed in her throat and pull her hood up even more tightly around her head.
This wasn't good. The school lock down had been set off, which meant that power had to be lost. Yeah...her mom explained that much to her. But more importantly than all that, it meant that something bad was happening. Instantly she felt her hands starting to tremble as memories of 1033 came flooding back.
A glance cast toward Patrick and the group of guys as she debated on helping him, though she had a feeling if she got involved things would just get worse, so for now she stayed out of it until she knew that she had to do something. Those blue eyes looking around for any signs of trouble, hoping to God the Dragons had not followed them here. Just the thought of being locked away again had her breathing irregular and heavy, her chest tightening as she now took a step closer to where the fight was going on.
She had her options and right now.....separating herself from her boyfriend didn't seem like such a great idea.

She grinned a bit as she noticed that it worked, yet only once the big guy had shifted his focus toward that annoying pillar. No, the whole time he was looking at her, she had that little pout firmly in place and her hand allowing his to continue and grope her pert little ass. Yet the moment he turned to defend her honor, which she had to admit was kind of cute, she would simply cuddle her way up against his back, a little sniffle even managing to part from her as she gripped the back of his shirt, almost timidly. "Just..Please don't let him hurt me..." A clear crack in her tone just before the lights went out.
Could this have been any more perfect? As soon as the lights went out she took the chance to dart away from the two boys who were otherwise distracted, grabbing up her bag which she had never strayed too far from as well as her markers. By the time the emergency light came on, she would have made her way to the "cleaner" side of the gym, dragging her markers idly along the wall as she did so, leaving a trail that lead right up to where she was now. With the pillar distracted by her big "knight in shining armor" she would go about finishing up her work, vandalizing every inch of that wall and even using some glue she had to try and muck up the floors.
She wasn't sure how much she had to actual vandalize for it to count, but she was going to get every inch she could with what supplies she had in her bag and whatever else she could find.

I apologize in advance for the crappiness of this next post. My original got wiped.
Current Locations: - Main Building First Floor - Patrick, Kazumi
- Main Building Second Floor - Cafeteria(Cael, Shane) Hall (Lee), Kevala (Stairwell)
- Gym Locker Room (Girls) - Michael
- Gym - Mekiel, Aryanna
- Main Building third floor (English Room) Kwon, (Hall) Ira
-Cafeteria- *Paow!*
Straight to the kisser, Max caught the punch entirely unawares as his head was turned up evasively to the sky to note the darkened room. The boy hit the floor panting heavily over his newly formed split lip. As the lights would return, or a single one at least Max was granted with red vision and the sting of blood racing down the front of his face.
Meanwhile throughout the room there was a twinge of panic roiling through the students. Admittedly few concerned with Max's well being but noting that he'd been punched a few others stood to raise their guards defensive as to the horrors going on soon.
-Gym- The large Bertha would flinch on the edge of the lights going out, the flicker causing her to teeter on her lackluster balance flailing large tree-trunk like appendages about before regaining focus on Michael and towering towards his position. As he got to the vent she tripped falling into the vent now sealing it off with some poundage. If he wanted out he'd not be going back this a way. As for the vent itself, it began filling up with a gas of some sort slowly filling the space he occupied.
"I dun take kindly to threats.." Luke would respond flexing his arms as he moved them to cross over his chest and attempt to fixate his stature above Mekiel's.
"Just..Please don't let him hurt me..."
The statement enough to get him to respond immediately becoming slowly more aggitated and flexing his pectorals. Luke was under a little bit of a spell at the present but not enough so to go blindly wrecking some kid. The lights would go out and his attention broken for a moment taking to look around before one came on to light the room.
"What was that?"
He was honestly surprised, in fact having no idea as to the present danger it seemed out of place for him not to sympathize with his own interests.
-3rd Floor Main Building: Hall- The lights would go out and with that the brute stepping in the door would look around to meet a number of blank faces left in the shadows, he wouldn't place Kwon's face even if he was two feet in front of him. The boy surmisely stepped out looking about the tattered hall and picked a new weakling to punch out joining to the havoc. The second brute however was doubling back around the corner looking to Medusa whom had just sprung from the room unsated by the fact that she had lost him.
"Where is he!?"
She'd look to the first brute who'd return a mild shrug. Her eyes burning fires into the boy's head forcing him to go to stone unmoving, unflinching but very much afraid. Medusa would wait until she got better news from the second brute. Right outside Kwon's door.
-1st Floor Main Building: Courtyard- "Well Y-"
*BLAM-O!*
Caught entirely unawares by the motion Juan would have been incapable to stop the knee to his balls, the thrust instantly leveling him in a crippled position doubling over into the ground. The follow-up was unnecessary as Juan was on the floor, fetal position foaming at the mouth and tearing up trying to get a word out.
"Fffffffffffffffuuuuu."
Juan's two guards were somewhat stunned initially buying Patrick the time he needed to attack again. However his makeshift flail would come up short, the guy he was aiming at merely meekly dodging backwards out of the way keeping his distance.
The brute with the bat however was unamused taking a step forward before rolling the bat much like a baseball player would, taking the time for a full side-swiping swing coming upwards at the end to clock Patrick in the face.
-2nd Floor Main Building- Why did the things she love always run away from her? It didn't matter only aided in the chase. The librarian was a little bit slow, but only because she wanted to draw this out quite a bit, lead it into a teasing trailing quip drawing slowly on and on, closer and closer until she got her goal.
The door the boy was banging on would... open up. Leading into the Headmaster's office. If he were to venture inside he'd find the room poorly lit much like the rest of the building however there would be a dark omenous glow coming from inside the Headmaster's actual quarters. The hue similar to the of a computer screen in the background which may prove odd seeing as all the power was on emergancy networks. However the only means of seeing this is if he went inside...
If however he chose to continue to run away..
"Oooo my tough little man!!"
The librarian would swoon, if he was still outside of any room and left lingering in the hallway. She would block off his escape route back to the cafeteria, library, and stairs and rub up against him once more. She'd go so far as to lick his face... Fight aside, she could take a few hits from a mob of children.

"So you wanna do this the hard way."
I stepped forward once the lights came on and would try to make myself seem more imposing than the guy - which shouldn't be too hard considering I was more beefy than a cow. I'd keep walking until I was about an arm's length from the guy, and then I stopped, arms extending to the sides just slightly.
"You can walk away from this perfectly fine, or you can get your ass kicked. You decide."
He better freakin' submit, because I still have that girl to deal with.

Seeing as how the boys were still very occupied with one another she would take the time to finish off the rest of the gym, taking what few finger paints she had left in her bag, climbing the bleachers, which were the only things he had left and opening the canisters up.
Once at the top she would tip them upside down and begin walking down dripping paint as she went...making it all the way to the bottom before she would then drizzle paint across the pretty polished floors.
There....that should have been it. Yet hearing that boy starting to fret over the lights more than the boy in front of him, she would quickly make her way back up behind him, forcing her hands to tremble just slightly as she reached up and gripped the back of his shirt. "I..I think we are locked in...I...." She forced a little whimper, her small form pressing smoothly into his back. "I am scared....I don't want to be trapped in here...all alone with him....No telling what he might do.."
Strategically shifting her body to "accidentally" rub up against him, making sure that the trembling continued in her hands as she held onto him. Nope, so long as they were trapped in this room...she wasn't letting him get side tracked from protecting her. Not with that big ass pillar ready to kick her ass for the vandalism. One hand releasing his shirt, ever so casually sliding down along his side as she once more "accidentally" brushed up against him in order to peek around his rather large frame and look at the pillar who stood before them, those oddly colored eyes full of mock fear, just in case the big guy looked down at her.
As far as she was concerned, she had finished her task...every bit of the gym fucked up in some degree, every wall written on, bleachers painted...floor a mess.....Yeah...She had done a good job with what limited supplies she had. Now, her full focus was on saving her ass. Pure and simple.

With Max being sucker-punched straight in the kisser the moment the lights cut out, Shane was caught off-guard not by Cael caving the poor kid's face in, but by his vision suddenly going dark. As such, during the 30 seconds it took for Shane's vision to adjust, followed by the emergency lights coming on, only then would Shane realize Cael had crouched down low to the ground, his wide, sweeping left kick managing to catch Shane off his feet.
However, as Shane went falling backwards, he'd attempt to tuck himself into a ball and go rolling backwards, to end up on his feet and in a crouch. While the other students had their guards up, wary of what could possibly happen, Shane cracked a wise guy grin at Cael as soon as he was flat on his feet, he'd have to do better than that, he had honestly taken much more worse hits than this.
"Weak bro, that was weak. That all you got, little man?"

Door to the Headmaster's office opening from his desperate fist banging?
Score!
He'd take it, no questions asked. Bolting through the door, he'd slam the door shut straight behind him, locking it if he could, and for good measure, he'd grab any nearby chair and barricade the door with it by leaning it up and underneath the doorknob, extra preventing the librarian from getting the door open.
Breathing a momentary sigh of relief, Seung-Kyun's brows would furrow at the dark ominous glow issuing from the Headmaster's actual quarters. What gives man, he thought the power had gone out and only emergency lights were on, so what the heck was still on? Cautiously treading into the office, Seung-Kyun would peek over the edge of the door frame, his eyes roving back and forth, trying to find the source of the glow.

While it was disappointing that Patrick wasn't able to hit the kid in the face, it wasn't necessarily a bad thing either. It did manage to create space, and that was another goal that Patrick meant to complete with his little weapon. And in the coming seconds that would prove to be useful indeed. Especially when the mook with the bat was coming after him. He needed this to be one on one for as long as possible, though admittedly he only really needed a few seconds.
When the guy came forward with that bat and took that baseball swing at his head Patrick gave the guy a wicked grin. The kid was faster then the usual mooks, and looked stronger too, but that didn't mean anything unless they actually had the brains to go with the body. With such a loaded swing with a two handed grip, even though it would take Patrick's head off, all he really needed to do was make the guy miss. Which is exactly what would happen as Patrick shifted his head to the right before bending his knees, allowing the bat to make a huge whiff just over his head as Patrick stepped forward under the bat. Now he was in range and too close for the way the man was using the bat. Also the way the man had swung the bat, it allowed for Patrick to practically get behind him as the irishman's step forward would also be slightly to left. With that Patrick's left hand would be pressed on the kid's face, his fingers in his left eye as his right hand grabbed the bat in between the kid's hands. With a quick step forward with his right foot, behind the kid's right foot his leg would be pressed against the back of the kid's knee, his hips close to the kid's. Hell this was all possible from the kid's attempt to hit a homerun of his head, exposing himself. With the grip Patrick had now he would push the kid to his left, twisting the dude over his hips in a sort of a hip throw to the ground, as Patrick's fingers really tried to push their way into the kid's eyes.
Throwing him to the ground Patrick's left hand would transition to the bat before the kid ever hit the ground, attempting to grab the bat further down away from the handle. Once the kid did hit the ground Patrick would twist the bat counter clockwise to him, clockwise to the kid on the ground. This would strip the kid of the bat simply because rather quickly it would force the kid's hands in a position where he'd have to let go or his right wrist would break and his left arm would be broken, pulled out of the socket, all kinds of nasty. But even as this happened Patrick wasn't content to just strip the bat. His left foot rose up to stomp the kid in the face. Press his head against the ground and incapacitate him. Not trying to kill him, thinking that maybe the grass would save his life, hoping but he had other fish to fry.
Now in total this would really only take a matter of seconds, which was good because Patrick would need to turn his full attention to the other guy, as soon as possible, hopefully with a bat in hand...

She gave a little wince at the fight taking place in front of her, one foot sliding forward, edging her way closer to what was happening and yet finding that she couldn't exactly bring herself to move. In any other circumstance, she would have already jumped in, but the problem here was, the guy fighting was her very over protective boyfriend who would likely not be too thrilled about her getting in the middle of any fight, let alone one of his.
Still she would move from her spot, if only to position herself so that if something happened she would be able to reach out and stop the second guy from fully charging Patrick. Yet, for now, her position kept her out of the way, for the most part.
As for the violent manner in which he dispatched of the student who had been attacking him, well that just got a little wince. She had thought to say something, if only because without her other half, she didn't really like such violence. But, for now she would simply stay silent. One, because she didn't really judge him on how he handled these guys, especially since they deserved it....Two, because there was no point in discussing it, especially now.
She knew that if she were not so mentally damaged right now, what she would do them would be ten times worse. So yeah, she just kept her mouth shut and turned her attention back to the other boy and waited.
It was all she really could do in this moment,

Rolling upright Cael grinned with a wide smirk having hit the small boy and Shane alike, he wasn't intimidated by the frolicking throw turning his glance once more back upright. Fist-i-cuffs presented upright and ready to throw down against his opponent Cael was more than ready for a two on one fight or even more for that matter.
"Make a move then bro..."
Calling him out sort of on throwing the first punch, if he didn't throw it however Cael would make the first move. Judging that there was a good two feet difference between the two he would start by pressing his foot over Max's neck using him as the bait of sorts while his torso realed back to grab a steel lunch plate before twisting full rotation around to slap Shane upside the head to knock him back out onto the floor.
