Its summer, and though classes are going and there are sports tryouts taking place, but the school, for the most part is relatively empty. But as you enter the school today, it is not the lack of students that throws you off. No, instead you get the distinct feeling that something is missing. Yet, its not something that you are able to pick up on right away and so, with classes to head to and other duties to take care of you rush off about your busy teenage lives as if you have no care in the world. Because lets face it, you are teenagers and aside from raging hormones and partying, you really don't care that much about anything other than yourselves. Well, some of you do, but school is not one of them and if it is, it is at the bottom of your list.
Yet, there is another problem you face. Over the past few months, since the school has been opened, there has only been one altercation on school grounds, and it turned out that was nothing but a ruse put on by you illustrious Headmaster, who, in case you haven't noticed, has been absent as of late. Where is he? Who knows. But even without him around, you feel safe, well for the most part. Sure, the big hulk of a man calling himself Raven is storming around breaking everything in his path, but nobody is really in an uproar about that.
So, complete with your sense of confidence and your lack of care about the school you are currently attending, you manage to make it through your day with barely a second thought given to that nagging sensation you got when you first walked in today. Now, its break time, time to grab lunch or to hang out with friends while you wait for your next class to start. Still, as you file through the halls on your way to your next destination, you again get that nagging sense that something is wrong.
Then, out of nowhere, the doors and windows of the school begin to slam shut, the distinct sound of magnetic locks falling into place and sealing you into whatever room you currently occupy. Another drill? Another prank by the mini me of headmasters? Perhaps they are just working on the security system, making sure it is up and running for next semester?
So you wait...Sure that the security that is so diligent about taking care of its student populace will have this sorted out in no time. Then, that's when it hits you. The usual guard wasn't at the front office this morning, nor was the guy that is always hanging out by the cafeteria. In fact, all day long, you have not seen a single man dressed in some fancy designer suit and sunglasses stalking around the hallway like the secret service on parade.
But...that's okay right? Its summer. Of course there would be less security. But then, as the minutes tick by and nobody starts to come, the hint of nervousness starts to set in. You feel it bubbling up in your chest and you start to get antsy...perhaps you try the door, perhaps you try the windows...They wont budge. Still you wait...
Some of you trapped in the library, some of you trapped in the gym...Hearing the muffled sounds of students in other parts of the school as they begin to panic, a few start to scream and as they do, your own nervousness and anxiety begin to heighten.

In fact, its hard to hear anything let alone your own breathing. But, whatever the case, you are pretty sure at this point that nobody is coming to rescue you. No, if you want out of here you are going to have to figure out a way to escape on your own. There is a set of double doors that leads to the outside, another set that leads to the pool and a few small windows that are up along the top of the walls near the ceiling. There are also three air vents, one located on the right wall, the other on the left and another one right between the doors that lead to the locker rooms. But just as you probably start to try and discuss your plan of escape, there is a sound on the roof. At first, you figure its nothing, maybe you were hearing something. But then it happens again....and again....and again....Each time louder than the last, sending vibrations through the roof of the building. It doesn't take long to figure out something is coming in, you just don't know what. A bit of plaster comes crashing down from the ceiling and shatters upon impact with the floor....yet the crashing continues as another piece falls, and then another. Now, with the plaster having fallen away, you can see the steel roof starting to bend as something continues to hammer away at it. You don't know who or what it is, but you now know you only have a few more seconds before you find out. Woe is me...what ever shall you do now? ______________________________________________ Group BFrom the library you CAN hear what is happening with the other students and though it sounded like panic before, it now sounds like something more more akin to fear as the screams begin to grow louder and the banging and clattering of things hitting the windows becomes that much more apparent. Now you start to think that maybe you need to try and escape. Maybe you should be looking for your exit because clearly nobody is coming to save your asses this time around. You look around and what you find is this. You have four large, windows that over look the school grounds, two on one side of the room and two on the other. You also have five air vents that you could possibly try to shimmy a small person through. Two along the right wall near the floor, two along the front wall near the floor and another one above the two large, double doors that lead to the hallway. Freedom so close and yet, seemingly so far away. Though, just as you begin to make your exit strategies, you swear you hear something through the screams....something coming from the upper portion of the library. In fact....is the ground shaking? A few seconds later, it is all too clear that the sounds you are hearing are massive, monstrous, footsteps and that indeed the ground beneath your feet is vibrating, at least a little....You look up, but all you see is a dark, ominous shadow starting to make its way through the racks of books. The distinct sounds of some of those racks being knocked over... Now what? ______________________________________________ OOC: Rules are simple. I have it set up and now the quest shall start from here. You will be allowed one round of posting per mine and Raven's posts. This first round, since I set everything up, Raven will be skipped. However next round, you will have to wait on him to post as well before you can. That's about it.
Other than that, keep in mind there might be a tiny bit of meta gaming on my part, if it becomes an issue just PM me on this account and I will address it. Though trust me, I am going to try and avoid it as much as possible.
Also, I WILL BE moving this on every 24 hour regardless if you posted or not. If you are engaged in a fight and fail to post, I wont necessarily make you take all the hits, but you can bet you will be tossed somewhere.

It was a typical day for Ryu, he woke up, went to school, hung with his friends, the usual. What was not usual, was the fact that he had a distinct feeling that something was missing. At first he had written it off, he had more important things to worry about, like getting through summer school. It was summer, why he was even in summer school, was beyond him, but whatever. There was also the problem with the giant hulking man called Raven, that he, and a few other students, had faced off against. Although the giant of a man was storming around the school, destroying everything that stood in his way, none of the students seemed all that concerned about it, and while Ryu got a weird vibe from the whole thing, he eventually shrugged the whole thing off.
And yet... somehow, he managed to get through the day relatively well, the nagging feeling that had been dogging him throughout the entire day just but a distant memory... that is, until break time. Sitting in the library, in the very back corner near the back right window, was Ryu. He was sitting by himself, wearing his usual blue and white shirt and blue jeans, as he rested his legs on top of the table. His cellphone in his hand, he sent a text message to Kazue, he had been on his Spare block before lunch break, and instead of hanging out in the noisy cafeteria, had decided to spend his time in the quiet solace of the library... or so he thought.
The doors and windows suddenly slamming shut, the distinctive sound of the magnetic locks falling into place and locking him in the library, he would only look up in mild confusion, perhaps it was just a safety drill for the start of the new school year, or maybe Headmaster Warden was pulling another prank. Either way, he'd look back down at his cellphone and sent another message to Kazue, waiting it out, Aunt Kevala's security team would have it sorted out in no time flat. Then it hit him. The security guard that was always at the front office hadn't be there today, nor the security guard that always hung out by the cafeteria.
In fact, he had not seen a single one of Aunt Kevala's security force all day. Then again, it was summer, even security force guards needed a break. But as the minutes ticked past and not a single soul showed up to let them out, his expression slowly turned dark. Pushing against the window he was closest too, no dice, not a single pane budged. Just as he was about to try the door, the sound of panicking students and banging and clattering of objects bouncing off futility against the window erupted into the library from outside.
His eyes narrowing even further, now just slits, it was clear no one was going to come and open the library, he'd have to find a way to get out himself. Getting up, Ryu would take in his surroundings, looking all around in every direction, noting all the windows and vents. But just as he began to formulate an exit strategy, it was faint, but through the screaming, he could hear the faint sound of something coming from the upper level of the library. Then he felt it. The ground, it was shaking. At first he thought he was imagining it, but a few seconds later, it was clear he had not been imagining things, he had heard loud, monstrous stomping of footsteps, and the ground really was shaking.
Oh you have got to be shitting me...
Looking up, Ryu tried to spot the giant man the familiar sounds of stomping belonged to, but all he could make out was a dark, ominous shadow starting to skulk its way through the rack of bookshelves, the sounds of racks knocked over punctuating the screams from outside. Reaching out, Ryu would grab a nearby chair, and hold it out in front of him like a shield of sorts, his eyes slowly moving back and forth, his guard up as he searched for the hulking form of Raven to make his appearance.

Something was off today. Something felt wrong, very, very wrong. Patrick didn't like this feeling. He didn't like it because in his experience this feeling was like a sixth sense. One telling him that something very, very terrible was about to happen. No, not trivial shit like "oh i'm going to fail this exam", but shit like, my girlfriend is going to get murdered, the woman I have feelings for is about to be killed in a cage, so on and so forth, but the summation of it was that People died or terrible life altering moments happened when this feeling came around. So to say Patrick was on high alert was somewhat of an understatement.
So Patrick went through his day, overly alert. Looking for anything out of the ordinary, passing up on things that he should have been doing as the school captain. Not breaking up fights or punishing rule breakers. Was it losing him rep? Yes and no, his rep had been pretty well established, not to mess with him when his foot was down. That and Warden hadn't been around for awhile to check up on him. One day wasn't going to hurt, especially when he was feeling this distinct feeling. He was never wrong. In the days that followed no one would credit this against him, he was sure of that.
When it came to lunch time Patrick was making his way through the gym, simply because he left his lunch in his truck and the gym was the fastest way to get there. And it was then where his feeling seemed to come to fruition. The doors latched, window locked, although the windows didn't do them much good as they were out of easy access. This was no mistake, Patrick felt it, knew it. Based solely on the intuition that things were off. He, no as Patrick scanned the gym he saw two others, they, were trapped. Why? He didn't plan on staying here to find out.
Their options though with the locked doors were limited. The windows were out of easy reach and the doors were locked. There were three vents they could use, easy enough to spot, however time was of the essence and you had to be sure that there wasn't a fan that was going to block your escape. Unfortunately for Patrick he only knew where one of the vents led, the ones to the locker rooms. It didn't get them out of the school but it got them to the main hallways. That being important because they would have more escape options there, more space to run free and they'd be less trapped. Although Patrick wondered where Kazumi was, he thought she had stayed home, hoped at least. Regardless he had to make sure she was okay. and he always had such terrible service in the Gym.
"The locker room vents," Was all Patrick would have time to say before he heard that sound coming from the ceiling, the sound of someone trying to get in. That was bad, why was someone trying to get into the locked gym? Paranoia screaming at him now, to get a move on, to not find out who of them they wanted, or why, causing him to growl, "Let's go!"
As he sprinted over to them...

Pfft Pfft, Pfft Pfft
Fists flung at a dangling bag positioned at the center of the room. Cael was calmly making a steady pace at training, as it was early he was only at about ten percent of his full already losing interest and wanting to step it up. The bag would jingle on its chain feeling the subtle shift around as he hit it briefly weighing to a stop. Enough so that he didn't even notice the doors and windows lock down. Security was one of the last of his lingering concerns he felt he was strong enough on his own anyway.
The screaming wouldn't garter his attention, in fact Cael could care less up till the point his bag broke from its position and the roof came in on it. Cael instinctively buckled down and broke into a full out sprint towards the door at the pool making himself poster child for the track team.
Lunging upright he'd come to a leaping kick through the glass on the upper part of the building before slidding out and rolling into the floor outside.

What was it with days like today? From the moment she had stepped into the building something had seemed off. It was like when somebody moved something in your room, but it was so small you barely noticed and yet you kept trying to figure it out because you knew something was off. Yeah, little long on the explanation, but that is exactly what it felt like.
Still, after about ten minutes of looking around and trying to figure out what the hell was wrong, Aryanna had given up and went about her day as usual. She hated having to be here during the summer, but she was, for some reason, told to attend school as much as possible, including the summer. So, she had gone to her classes in the morning, pretended to pay attention and managed to avoid getting into trouble...not even a little. Now, it was lunch time, and as the bell rang she began to pack her bag up, having been in the library to study for a test that she had tomorrow. Though to be honest, she had spent most of the time texting on her phone and to that cute boy she had met at the mall the other day.
She had no intention of ever going out with him, let alone doing anything with the guy, but he gave her attention and she loved that....Hell....she craved that. But, with lunch time upon her, and the chance to actually get outside and breath some fresh air looming so close, she slid her phone into her backpack along with her books and stood from her seat. But then, as if some kind of cosmic force had decided that she was not worthy of freedom from this hell hole, the sound of doors slamming and magnetic locks clanking into place sounded out, echoing through the almost completely empty library.
Hmm, must be a drill....
Or so she thought, at first. But then, as the minutes continued to tick by and none of the security came to open up and let them out, it hit her. That was what had been missing all day. There had not been a single, solitary, overly dressed, uptight, constipated looking security guard prowling the halls all day. Nor had there been any posted at their usual spots near the front office or near the teachers lounge. Then, as she came to this realization, it seemed like the rest of the students in the school seemed to come to the same conclusion. Screams and yelling began to echo through the walls and the sealed doors. Panic rising and her own nervousness starting to take affect.
Students furiously tried to burst out of their classes, the sounds of what she could only assume was chairs and other large objects being thrown and then crashing back to the ground. Yet no glass shattered, and the panic continued to rise. The ones trapped in the halls began jerking on doors trying to get those trapped in classrooms out and yet those doors would not budge.
Honestly, what the hell had that woman who ran this place built this shit with? Apparently she didn't want shit getting out or in, no matter what.
Then, suddenly, before she could entertain another thought or even begin to think of how to get out, she was stopped by a noise that seemed to cut through the screams and cries of the other students. At first she thought she was imagining it, but then she noticed that one kid, Ryu, grab up a chair and start looking up toward the second landing of the library. Then she saw it, that large, ominous shadow looming through the racks and growing increasingly larger as he approached, the vibrations sent through the floor only making it that much more evident who it was.
Raven. Or so he called himself she had been told. A little growl given as she dropped her bag and swallowed past the fear that was building up in her throat. Little fingers slowly starting to shift as every so often a blue electrical spark could shoot from one tip to the other. The last thing any of them needed was to be trapped in a room with that big fucker and no way out. He was going to tear them apart and unless somebody came and helped them, it was not likely he would stop before he broke every single one of them in half.

Kazue had been doing her best with these summer class. She became accustomed to the school rather easily. She even became used to the guards that were usually posted around the school. A text message from Ryu would catch her attention and blinking she would enter the library and read it. A happy little smile flashed over her features. She was glad Ryu was around... all day she had felt like something was off but she couldn't put her finger on it. Perhaps Ryu felt the same way. Since she had found out that they were siblings, she wondered if they would have something akin to sibling telepathy but so far no such luck.
Though Kazue wasn't all that glad about the idea of summer school it did allow her to catch up with school work AND her ever changing family. She could only imagine what the drastic alteration would have done to her school work. Humming carelessly and softly the young girl wandered around the library. She had promised her adopted brother that she would be meeting him here but she wanted to look at the books first. Her back was to a wall as she stood and looked over a shelf of books. A chill went through her spine and before she knew it...the locks and doors began to lock down. Instead of getting worried and upset, Kazue ignored her gut feeling of fear. Her mother had always told her to be aware of her surroundings and Kazue had become complacent here. The silence of the library began to shatter though as another text message reached her phone.
Kazue reached for her phone and as she did...she began to hear the other students. Their cries of fear making her eyes widen and she looked around her self in shock. She wondered what was going on. Her mind quickly replayed today. Her summer classes, free block with Ryu... She went through her entire day so far in the school. Only thing she didn't remember doing is saying good morning to all the guards like she did every day. Why hadn't she said good morning? It suddenly hit her like a ton of bricks. The guards were missing. The earth below her shook and her mind just now let her pick up on the sound of things above her. Massive foot steps it sounded like and Kazue began to feel her own fear rise up inside her. Ryu, where was her brother? She was more worried about him then her own well being.
Young Kazue bolted from her place on the other side of the library and looked up as she ran through the aisles of books. The large ominous shadow made her heart race and she hurried faster to find her adopted brother. She rounded the corner where Ryu stood, chair in hand and eyes on that upper level. Oh thank gods... he's alright. Kazue thought as she ran towards him in silence and wrapped her arms around him. It was now she could feel fear for her self. She had found him, he was safe... now time to worry about how they could get out. Her eyes began to look for anything. She saw vents and the windows but nothing that screamed easy exit to her. A soft whimper left her as she hid her face in Ryu's shoulder. Normally Kazue wouldn't have been afraid, she would have been like her mother and charged head first into the storm but...
Kazue couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was going on and everything in her body told her she should be afraid. She kept her arms around Ryu though. She wasn't sure if she was too scared to let him go or if she was holding onto him because she was glad he was safe, either way...something was wrong. Through all this, she had even over looked the other girl not too far away from her and Ryu. When Kazue didn't notice someone... something was very wrong because she carried her mother's paranoia.

Taylor was still trying to find her way around the school. Luke was still missing and that worried her more than anything. Since she hadn't been coming here too long she didn't notice the missing guards. She felt like there was something wrong all day, just couldn't put her finger on it. She hoped it didn't mean that Luke was in trouble. She had no idea that her guts were telling her about the school. She would find her self wandering from room to room, careful to not disturb any classes in session. Silently she moved about, avoiding large groups of students and clusters of kids changing into different classes.
"This place is huge... Luke and I could turn this place into our personal playground... if people weren't here..."
Taylor spoke to her self like always. Quiet and soft, almost nothing above a whisper. She would find her self in the gymnasium now. She was just passing through and paid no mind to the others in the room with her. Getting a third of the way in... she suddenly heard the click of the locks. She turned around looking at the door she just came through. It was so quiet here. What was going on outside. She waited, expected the locks to unlock and let her leave. It was probably just a test of the school's security system, or at least that is what she told herself. Dressed in some dirty blue jeans and a black hoodie she stood there. When the doors didn't unlock something new began.
The thundering from above startled her. She jumped a bit and heard one of the boys in the room shout about the vents. She watched as the other boy, who looked faintly familiar broke a bag and the ceiling came down. Taylor stood there for just a moment trying to take it all in, trying to make sense of what was happening. More of the ceiling came down and Taylor ran towards the vent with the other boy. The one who had jumped through the glass window seemed insane to her and she didn't want to follow him. She wanted to make it home to Luke in one piece and it crossed her mind that what ever is trying to get through the ceiling would spot them if they ran out through the windows. Nearing the vent, she stumbled a bit and slid along the gym floor.
What ever was above them had her scared an for a moment the young girl looked towards the broken glass that lead to the pool. Taylor was scared of being easily drowned and so she would stick with the vent idea. As soon as Taylor reached his side she looked at him quickly then at the vent. This is probably that time when talking would come in handy. Too bad she didn't talk to people a lot. She heard another booming sound and noticed the roof bending in. She would press her body against the wall trying to disappear into it. Fear was written all over her face. Taylor wasn't a fighter, she was a survivor and a scavenger. Oh how she missed Luke. If only he was here to protect her.

Unfortunately for Cael, the illustrious Superintendent of this school was a paranoid bitch Queen who had issues with silly things like normal glass on windows. So, she instead had the windows fitted with reinforced glass that didn't break quite so easily. In fact, it didn't break at all. Instead, as his feet connected with the glass, he would bounce back off of it, much like a brick off of one of those newfangled convenience store windows. Throwing him back into Taylor as she retreated toward the wall, both of them tumbling into the ground from the weight of him, coming to a stop a few feet behind Patrick. The much larger Cael squishing poor little Taylor beneath him.
Patrick on the other hand was just peachy keen. His decision to move toward the wall saving him as one final sound came from over head. The sound of metal ripping apart, causing a much larger, heavier sheet of plaster and sheet rock falling from the ceiling and landing directly atop the spot which he had been standing moments before. Then, as debris littered the gym floor and a white cloud of dust filled the air, there would be a rather loud thud that rang out through the entire gym. However this time, it was not from over head but instead from within the thick fog of the dust cloud. A vibration sent through the floor beneath them.
And then......silence.
Yet this silence was different than what it had been before when the door first closed and locked themselves. In fact, the very air of the room felt different. More imposing. More....threatening. Then, as the dust slowly began to settle, another sound would be heard, the sound of boots as they stepped across the rubble and debris. A figure slowly starting to emerge from within the dust. A figure that was anything but what they had likely been expecting.
Instead of some massive, giant beast standing before them...now there was a small, petite figure dressed entirely in a black leather jumpsuit, clearly female from the way her figure stood out in her attire.... Jet black hair pulled back into a ponytail and a black mask strapped across her face, completely concealing her features from view. Even her eyes were hidden by a mesh film that kept their color and shape hidden from view. Hands at her side, concealed within a pair of matching black leather gloves, she would curl and uncurl her fingers...The only movement she seemed to be making other than the slow and steady rise of her chest as she breathed.
Then, without warning, she would shoot forward almost faster than the eyes could track, coming to a stop behind Patrick and grasping the back of his shirt. One steady motion lifting him off his feet and throwing him, none too graciously, away from her and toward the center of the gym where all the debris currently laid. The entire action taking no more than a couple seconds and seemingly as no effort on her part.
Though, with him disposed of, at least for the time being, her attention would instead shift toward the other two in the room. A sick grin twisting onto her lips from behind her mask as she would raise a single hand, crooking her index finger at the other male (Cael), in a come hither motion. Her head tilting from side to side as the vertebrae in her neck would pop, waiting now for the games to begin.

Patrick heard Cael hit the windows and fail. The reason he never tried was simple, it would be stupid to think that the doors would be locked but the windows unattended to. The superintendent was just too paranoid to let that one go. The vents, well there was less of a chance they'd be covered, of course Patrick didn't know for sure. All he really knew was that the vents were the best option he had at the moment. That and he didn't particularly want to find out what was coming through the ceiling for them. No good could come from that.
Patrick was about to grab onto the vent's cover when he heard the sound of metal ripping apart and the crashing of part of the ceiling to the floor, from the sounds of it, where he had been. Now that would have been unfortunate. But that was not the case. However Patrick could no longer screw with the vent. He had to deal with the problem at hand now. He had not figured that whatever was coming for them would be able to get through so fast. The vibration telling him that there was someone or something on the ground with them.
Patrick turned, waiting in anticipation for whatever was in that dust cloud to emerge. There was a presence in the air though, that whatever it was that was stalking them, that seemed the appropriate term, was particularly strong. Strong enough to face the three of them? Hopefully no was the answer. Hopefully there had been a severe miscommunication. Hope was never an ideal ally on the battlefield. Boots could be heard making there way out of the dust.
When the figure, the small woman did emerged, Patrick wasn't phased. At this point he had been around the block more then enough times to know that strength came in all sizes. He knew she was a threat to take with the utmost seriousness. With everything that had happened today Patrick had to assume she wasn't stupid to come alone without being adequately confident of her abilities. So it wasn't her sized that bothered him, but her mask. One only wore a mask to conceal their identity. But why was she wearing one? More to the point, what would happen if they saw her face? Were consequences dire for her? or for them?
But before he had the time to ponder she seemingly disappeared from sight to reappear in front of him green eyes widening in surprise as she grabbed his shirt and threw him effortlessly into the rubble. Hitting the ground with a thud he would grunt, sliding along the gym hitting bits of rubble, cutting him up. Though he'd roll to one knee, looking at her, serious look now crossing his face, eyes turning to that golden color. He couldn't afford to hold back. He had to get home to his child, to his wife. Failure was not an option.
However this person was truly a monster, the likes of which he had not seen since 552. There was maybe one person he had ever seen that was faster then her. Her speed, her strength, perhaps she had a weak constitution, but it didn't look it, at all. They had one hope really, that under that mask was an answer, that one of them could get out and spread that answer. He had no idea who she was, but that was their first goal, getting away was too far away to consider at this point. The truth remained that they couldn't beat her.
"We have to get her mask off," Patrick said calmly, unfazed by their situation...

The familiar sounds of thunderous footsteps associated with the giant hulk of a man growing ever louder and closer, mingled with the loud crashes of racks of books hitting the floor, suddenly, without warning, they would cease, just like that. The occupants of the library should feel anything but safe. Suddenly, without warning, a blur could be seen leaping down from the upper level, and a loud resounding boom could be heard issuing from somewhere in the middle of the library.
A cloud of dust rolling up and outwards from the area of impact, sounds of slow shaking could be heard from within the dust cloud, as the dust settled, upon closer inspection, the outer rim of a huge crater could be seen beneath the thick dust, followed by a pair of huge feet stomping around. Stepping out of the dust cloud like a cowboy in a western movie, the pair of feet would shake the floor with each footstep through the library, and then suddenly, without warning, the figure the feet belonged to would appear out of nowhere in front of Japanese boy #2 and his little girlfriend.
Ignoring Ms. Tesla Coil, who was in the vicinity, Raven would bare his teeth in a frightening grin, and after cracking his knuckles and rolling his shoulders, point a giant finger at Japanese girl #1. But first, he was going to deal with Ms. Tesla Coil, he didn't need to get electrocuted a third time. Grabbing a big handful of books, he would wind up and fling the books like a discus thrower, one after the other, at varying heights at her. This way, if she managed to dodge one book, unless she had a very good reaction time, she was bound to get hit with at least one book, and combined with Raven's strength, it was going to do more than just hurt, it would very likely, knock her out. Then the real games would begin.

*Crack, Bang*
Ouch that hurt, Cael felt his ankles buckle against the glass and roll off onto the floor spontaneously shifting his body enough to land a right elbow on a fleshy body to absorb most of the actual contact and damage. He didn't care all too much about whomever was effected by his little move of selfishness but all the same would come up rolling into a stance out on all fours bringing his hands up at the ready catching the sprite figure descend before them dispensing of Patrick quick enough and then offering forth a lithe finger towards him. Beckoning to him for what? The angelic features would suggest something heavanly however her actions prior would make him think otherwise.
"We have to get her mask off,"
Cael grinned mostly ignoring what Patrick had to say. Dumb? Potentially, due to the fact that they'd have to work together to beat a monster quite like this but Cael was more blood thirsty for the fight. A wry grin emerged, "Do as you like, this ones mine."
Charging forward Cael's arms would be brought up coming at her, his left up as a guard while his right lingered behind shifted shoulders concealing it's proportions before swiping low to the shins and peeling around to plant an elbow of the same hand between her chest.

Poor Taylor had been smooshed by the boy who tried to leap through the glass. She oofed as he landed on her and whimpered as she saw the other boy get tossed around like a lifeless rag doll. She stared at the masked female before them. Here was her problem... Taylor... Not a fighter. Luke, fighter. Right now she was sure her brother Luke could handle his own against this masked woman but little Taylor? She stood no chance. At least not that she knew of. The boy who had ran for the vent said they needed to get the mask off. Why? Did it have some some magic power that made this person unbeatable. Right now, Taylor didn't care. All she saw was the scary sight of their school gym completely destroyed. She sat up wincing a bit. Her body ached from becoming Cael's landing pad. Of course with no regard for her, Cael took off towards the monster before them.
She stood up and hurried to Patrick's side. More or less because he seemed the most level headed right now. Taylor on the other hand had just been squished and normally the pain from that was enough to make her lose her temper, in this situation though... the girl felt weak. She trembled a little staring at the woman. She felt like a mouse, trapped in a cage, scared of the enormous hand reaching out to squish the life from her very body. It was that, right there that would trigger Taylor's fight or flight reflex. With no where to run, her mind steeled its self finally coming to terms with having to fight in order to escape. Her hood down, her matted messy hair now held debris from the ceiling. She looked at Patrick as if he was going to tell her how to remove it.
"H-how?"
Came Taylor's soft voice. Even in the face of danger the young girl still sounded as though she were speaking in a hushed tone. Perhaps if she exercised her vocal cords more this wouldn't happen. Though despite the softness in her voice and the fact she had set her self up mentally for a fight, she still sounded a little fearful.

Her head tilted just slightly at the sound of Patrick's command, a grin curling beneath the mask. Well, he was smart. Good, perhaps that would make this whole thing that much easier on all of the in the end. Whatever the case, for now, she was busy dealing with Cael. Her attention turning back toward him as he came flying at her.
Hot headed and arrogant as ever. Good to see that the rumors had not been a lie. This would be easy. It was the other one she as worried about. The girl, well she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time it seemed and would not be leaving here unscathed. No, Experiment 1511 did not leave people unharmed in her wake, it was just not how she worked. But for now, she had more important matters to attend to, like those hits that were currently landing against her body. Not that she felt them all that much, not even flinching as they continued to land against her, the final one being an elbow to the center of her chest.
Her head lowering as her eyes looked down at the elbow, taking note of it before she lifted her gaze toward his own and would return the favor, slamming the base of her open palm into the center of his own chest, aiming to send him flying back into the bleachers. Assuming of course she had succeeded, she would then turn her attention to the two, just as the girl seemed to gather her nerve, asking how. Oh, so they really were going to go for the mask? Well this should be fun.
She could feel the excitement starting to rise within her. This was the first fight she had been in, in quite some time. Sure, there had been a couple one and ones here and there. But let's be honest, after awhile it became near impossible to find a decent challenge. Now, these three, if they got their act together, could be just that challenge she needed.
Not a word spoken she would stay facing the two in the center of the gym, her feet sliding apart just slightly and her hand raising as she motioned for them to come at her. They wanted the mask, she had the mask. Now it was time for them to shut up and come and get it, if they dared. Sure, she had a purpose, but she had always loved to play with her food before she ate it. It was the only way she manged to make it through working for the company she did, to find amusement when and where she could.
OOC: Clearly, if you guys post up for Group A I will move things along faster for you, keep things from dragging along. If anyone has a concern with this please let me know. <3

Feeling something wrap around him, Ryu would immediately begin to raise the chair upwards, only to halt the moment he realized it was Kazue. Lowering his arms slightly, he heard Kazue whimper softly and bury her face in his shoulder, he'd lift the arm of the shoulder her face was hidden in up and wrap it protectively around her, pulling her closer to him.
The thundering sounds of stomping growing ever louder and closer, Ryu would continue to keep an eye out for the familiar hulking form of Raven. Then suddenly, despite the screaming and banging from outside, he knew it was not a good sign.
It suddenly grew silent.
Ryu growing even more anxious, his gaze would shoot upwards at the sight of a blur of sudden movement, followed by a loud boom resounding from somewhere in the middle of the library. A cloud of dust spreading up and outwards from the point of impact, he'd engulf his feet and hands in flames, even as the sounds of stomping shook the floor with every footstep taken. Then suddenly, without warning, Raven appeared in front of Ryu, that familiar frightening grin upon his face, pointing a giant finger at Kazue, but not before trying to dispatch the girl nearby Ryu.
Ryu instinctively and protectively moving in front of Kazue, hiding her behind him, he'd hold his flame engulfed fists in front of him, he wasn't going to let this giant brute lay a single hand on Kazue, no matter what.

Well, if this kid was going to continue to act like an idiot then this wouldn't work out, not in the long run at least. However for now it would give Patrick some positive information. Well actually it was pretty negative stuff, but any intelligence was better then nothing. As Patrick watched the action with Cael unfold he noticed two important things. One was that she could take his, well. She didn't even move as the kid who should have some pop behind his blows hit the woman. Two was that the woman seemed to be cocky, or at least very confident in her abilities. She could have easily dodged or otherwise dealt with his moves. Patrick wasn't sure if she was the type to be arrogant, harder to see with a mask but he had to assume that the answer was no.
Watching her dispatch Cael easily it was clear to see that thing would be difficult for them. He wasn't going to say anything, especially not as the girl was looking to him from some sort of strength but he had his doubts about this fight. He didn't think that they could win if they all worked together, let alone this mishmash. Which is why Patrick figured the mask was their best shot. It didn't look like she wanted to kill them, or she would have already done so. They had to get the mask off, that was their first and only move at this point.
"She's faster then us, stronger then us and more durable," Patrick answered the girl, standing up, "What we have though are more bodies. That's our advantage. We can come at her at the same time from different angles and sides. Do what we can to trap her and make her speed less effective."
What Patrick failed to mention was her strength could likely get her out of that circle, but hey, they didn't know that yet, right? Patrick began moving forward out to the woman's right side...
