Camping with your Crush (Ryu)

Standing there with his glasses on her face she'd smile right up until his words left his mouth. Then a bright pink blush covered her cheeks and she quickly looked away. Silk would have never been this shy around a boy she liked, but then again... despite how hard the little girl tried she wasn't exactly like her mother. She'd glance over in time to see Ryu scooting over and she'd hop up on the table beside him. The little hop causing the glasses to slide down the bridge of her nose a bit and so she quickly pushed them back up. She'd giggle as he asked her if she was having fun with the glasses and a smirk crossed her lips.

"Oh come on, it is every sister's duty to wear something of her brothers at one point or another."

She nodded with that smirk still on her soft pink lips. She'd reach towards her cooler and pull out a box of pocky. She'd open it and pull out one of the chilled pocky sticks inside before placing it between her lips and offering one to Ryu. Her foot would reach out and close her cooler.

"Cold chocolate pocky sticks are the best."

"... I know that, but my reading glasses? Next time wear my jacket or something..."

Kazuki continuing to grin evilly, more so when he saw Kazue blush bright pink and quickly look away before hopping up on the table beside him, causing his glasses to slide down a bit and she pushed them back up, giggling away and a smirk crossed her lips, he'd smirk back at her and took a chilled Pocky stick offered to him, as he munched on it while holding it in between his lips like a cigarette.

"... Yeah. I also liked the green tea Pocky, but they don't sell it anymore, which kind of sucks. Though... strawberry is also good when it's chilled too."

Reaching over to his own cooler, he'd grab a chilled box of Pocky of his own, and pull out another stick of chocolate Pocky after finishing off the one he had in his mouth, shutting his cooler and munch away on it.

"... Are you going home after we reach the school? I think Kaori would love it if you stayed over with us, not to mention I'd be thrilled."

"What? I like your glasses. I figured if they helped make you look even more attractive, then they might help me."

She giggled and smirked at her own words.

"Though of course if you are offering jackets and things then I think I will definitely have to take you up on that."

She teased him back and wrinkled her nose under his glasses. At the mention of a green tea pocky she tilted her head.

"Well I've only had the chocolate one, the chocolate almond one, strawberry, and something that was like an inside out pocky stick but it had like banana custard on the inside of the biscuit."

She said before setting another piece of pocky in between her pink lips. So delicately they wrapped around it as she hummed softly and smiled.

"Well, uhm... I think mom is leaving tonight anyway so I was going to come over after school. I have to get my clothes and put mom's camping stuff away after we get back."

She'd say softly as she finished her pocky stick only to take another. The two would sit and wait for the bus. Eventually Kazue gave back Ryu's reading glasses, but only after she kissed his cheek again. She had no problems just sitting and talking to Ryu about her mom and her before they went to meet their father. When the bus arrived and their things were loaded up, Kazue would of course find her seat beside Ryu. On the way back to school, her head would tilt to rest on him and her eyes would close. Despite having gotten some sleep, that nightmare still had an effect on her.

"... I don't think you need the help Kazue, you already look plenty attractive to me... Just as long as I get my jacket or whatever you borrow back... in good condition and in one piece."

Smirking back at her as he muttered the first part of his sentence underneath his breath, he'd reach out and gently push his glasses back up to the bridge of her nose before smiling slightly, aside from green tea Pocky, he had eaten chocolate, strawberry, milk, and caramel. He usually stuck to his favorite flavors, unless said flavors were no longer stocked in stores.

"I've eaten chocolate, strawberry, milk, and caramel, and you already know I've had green tea Pocky before. I think I have some at home, and if not, I could always ask dad to find some if he can. Oh right... Your mom is going to Japan because of that Sanada-san again, I forgot. Well, I could always drive you home and then we can go to our house after you've grabbed your clothes and stuff, it's up to you."

Finishing off his stick of Pocky, he'd grab another one while they waited for the bus to arrive. Eventually Kazue gave his glasses back, but only after kissing him on the cheek again, causing him to blush faintly again, quickly distracting himself by telling her about himself and Kaori before their dad had come to take care of them. Once the bus arrived and their gear was loaded inside, Kazuki would grab a seat near the back, finding Kazue sitting next to him soon after. On the way back, while Kazuki stared out the window, he'd find his arm leaned upon and his shoulder used as a pillow, Kazue having fallen asleep. Careful not to wake her, once they reached the school, he'd gently lift her up and carry her on his back, giving her a piggyback ride as he exited off the bus, and would grab his and her gear, before loading it up into the car Jake had driven in, and they would head off.
