She could do this. She was certain of it. But as he moved past her to get off the bus, that ever present smile would fall from her lips and she would sigh softly. Shaking her head as she moved to gather her bag and slide it up onto her shoulder. Slowly, she nudged her way into the isle, letting more people go in front o f her than she should and getting shoved back a couple times in the process.
Eventually though, she would manage to make her way off the bus. Her hand sliding her backpack onto her shoulder. Her free hand moving to push a few fiery locks from her face as hazel eyes scanned the area, a brow arching slightly. This was supposed to be camping...but this so did not look like a camping area...Well not from what she had read on the internet. Wasn't it supposed to be more......rugged?
A slight tilt of her head as she tried to figure out where she had gone wrong in her calculations and research. Though just as she did, she would find herself stumbling close to where Cael currently stood. When he spoke, her eyes shifted toward him a slender brow arching as she would glance back at the other campers and then toward him once more. A soft grin curling upon her lips. "I think that sounds like fun..."
True, she was probably biting off more than she could chew in agreeing, but none the less, she would turn to follow after him, making sure to secure her backpack so as not to lose it and easily managing to make her way through the increasingly rugged terrain. Surprising for somebody so clumsy as she was...though she was at least capable of walking without busting her ass...It was just other stuff she had trouble with. "So how far off the beaten path are we headed?" Just curious if he had any real clue or if they were just going to keep going til they were sufficiently lost.

"As deep as we can manage."
A cocky grin as he juked his head inward taking to a merry sort of skipping walk as he descended into the treeline feeling the brush peel away and the ferns embrace all the closer. It'd been quite awhile since he'd last been camping so it was a bit of a stretch to say he was entirely comfortable with this situation but he'd play it off well knowing that directionally they were headed South, the boy even made special precaution to stop every third tree or so to make a mark with his knife against the bark.
"So we can make it back.."
A confident grin thrust back before stopping mid prance along the treeline feeling himself stunned momentarily. A thought striking his mind and a sound bringing his attention.
"There's a stream up ahead... race ya!"
Cael took off into a swift prance, his legs moving double time taking off into the evergreen trees and along the rubbled ground before the treeline would break and he'd emerge out into a cool, isolated pool, a calm waterfall dropping over the tops of a hill. Perfection.
If Azura hadn't beaten him here she'd quicly find the boy peeling off his shirt or struggling over his pant legs to dress down into his skivies before wading into the shallows.

Azura managed to keep up easily enough. She was sort of getting lost in the enjoyment of being totally free from the city, from the facility, from the school. This was absolutely as close as Azura had ever come to real escape and she loved it. Sure, a part of her felt guilty because the others could not experience it as she could..because Patrick was still locked away and Raven would never be allowed to join in. But at the same time, this was the most amazing feeling, besides being with Legion, that she had ever experienced.
As he stopped every so often to mark a tree, she would tilt her head trying to figure out what he was doing before he pointed it out for her. A slight nod given in realization as she smiled and would continue to bounce from spot to spot, following along up until the moment that he stopped and seemed to grow excited. Before he even said it, she heard it...the sound of running water, the sound of what she guessed to be a stream or a river.
Whatever it was, it was clearly what he had noticed and as he took off, claiming to race her, she would just chuckle softly and take off. She could have slowed herself, and she could have been less agile, but she was having fun...genuine, actual fun...And so as she cut to the right, out of his direct line of sight she would let go and just....run.
Within moments she was at the edge of the stream, not even the slightest bit out of breath and watching the direction she could hear him coming from. When he finally emerged she would grin as her backpack fell to the ground at her feet. "What took you so long?" A little giggle escaping her, a pure, amused, happy light shining within her hazel eyes. No fake happiness here, just genuine delight. Like she had never been in such a place before....the way she looked around at things, the way she seemed to take every little detail in.
Yet when she looked back at him, she paused, watching as he took off his clothes and waded out into the stream. Her brow arching slightly as she debated on what to do here. Though, given that she stayed so well hidden that day in the gym, she supposed there was no harm in showing off a bit more flesh now. Even if it played on her modesty to a point that she blushed at just the thought of stripping down.
However, after a few moments, and much deliberation, she would reach down to untie her boots, kicking them off, along with her socks and then righting herself to begin undoing her pants....As they fell away, they would reveal flawless, sleek, elegant legs and a pair of black lace boyshort panties which hugged her pert little ass and clung to her perfectly. Next, came the shirt, though not without a bit more uncertainty and an inability to look at him any longer. Pulling it free and throwing it down to lay alongside her pants...A matching, black lace bra hugging her breasts, pushing them up just slightly. Her every curve soft and supple...her flesh flawless aside from the tattoos on her wrists, the one on her inner thigh which was hidden from view thanks to the hem of her panties, and the two "scars" on her back.
Slowly, she would begin to wade out into the water, biting her lower lip as she shyly tucked her hair back behind her ears. Eyes occasionally glancing at him, though not able to maintain eye contact until she had managed to lower herself comfortably into the water...once more concealing herself from sight. "It...is really amazing out here..." Smiling softly and then glancing around...her little fingers tracing circles over the top of the water...

She beat him here? The girl was faster than him. A perked brow of curiosity as he stumbled over his heels getting his pants off and fumbling into the water a bit clumsily before finding himself shoulder depth in wading with his arms softly feeling about around him. Sure this water looked clear enough but not enough to reveal a bit of his own sensations off of seeing her reveal bits of herself to him. A soft grin curling up at the corners of his mouth.
"Come on."
A tilt of his head beckoning her in deeper, Cael just had some way about playing his motions onward that would be a tad bit alluring without needing to speak much.
"...So serious question," A long pause as his eyes sized over her body examining her giving off that thoughtful facade, "You a track star? Because I don't know many people who could best me in a race."
A soft laughter rolling through him being more playful than anything. His curiosity highlighted a tad but more so wanting to get her to open up to him show a little bit of vulnerability.

She would hesitate there within the water, watching him and glancing around as if she expected somebody to see her and say something. Which, for a girl who lived for so many years being watched, poked and prodded, it was a very realistic fear. Yet as she looked at him....something about him seemed to draw her closer, a nervous bite given to her lower lip as she inched her way inward, deeper within the water, the ends of her hair dampening.
However, as he spoke, her eyes would snap back toward him, a bit surprised by his question but easily enough shrugging it off and giving a bit of a chuckle. "I have always enjoyed running...Practiced so many nights, its not even funny." A little nod as she finally stopped moving, a foot or two away from him as one hand continued to slowly trace over the top of the water, eyes lowering toward it for a moment and then back up.
"I never really took to track though. I mean, I went to the tryouts, but the girls there just laughed at me and made fun of me...So...I left." Wrinkling her nose slightly and shrugging, a soft sigh given. It may have sounded like she had run away, but in her mind, she had saved them from being judged guilty in her mind. If she wasn't around them, they couldn't dig themselves into a deeper hole. At least, that was how she saw it. "I think, I will just stick to running through the park at night...Much more freeing." Another nod as she turned her eyes back toward him and smiled, fingers flicking a bit of water in his direction as she giggled softly.

A somewhat sad tale, to be rejected or maybe even feared. That was generally what Cael presumed people laughing at you was. Some inability to come to terms with their own ability and therin ultimately fearing what you're capable of. Such would make sense given the circumstances, she flat out outran him in a terrestial system with trees and shit in the way. It was no joke.
"K'mere"
Inclining in closer as he extended a palm out freely barely breaching the surface of the water as it beckoned her in further. He wasn't afraid to get to touch her, to bring the girl in close.
If she took his hand Cael would cooly push off managing to flit his feet and free arm to drift out closer to the waterfall where a single rock was placed out.
however narrowly by it he'd touch out with his free arm managing a grip before further flitting his posture towards a blatant stare with her. A charming grin on his features drawn smoothly in place before tilting to the side with a smile.
"So falling for me yet?" It was namely a joke, the calm sort of gesture one would make without hardly knowing someone else but all the same more so just to throw her off her game and get inside her head.

His hand extended toward her, she would start to reach out for him, but then stop. A moment of hesitation given as she glanced up at him....softly biting her lower lip with uncertainty. Yet that charming smile of his only proved to ease her concerns, allowing her to close the distance and place her small, delicate hand within his own.
As he pulled her along, she would drift easily enough toward the area of the waterfall. As he came to a stop, she would as well, though not before brushing up against him...her chest softly grazing against his own before she would blush and press her free hand against him, allowing her to push away from him.
However it was his words that would catch her off guard the most, her hazel eyes shooting up to his own and widening just a bit before she would blush rather deeply and turn her head, lowering it slightly as she smiled. "I..." She wasn't sure what to say. She knew how to handle most things, at least when it came to missions and acting like she fit in. But boys...well she had no clue.
"I think you are far too charming for your own good Cael." Her eyes cutting back toward his as she smiled softly and would splash a bit of water into his face, laughing softly to try and break the tension that she herself felt and to perhaps change the subject. "Besides, you don't need somebody like me. You have much more....sultry little...vixens...at your beckon call." Not so much using that as a line but genuinely meaning it. He had girls that lived and breathed sex falling at his feet, she had seen that much in her time at the school...She was....well...not. At least not in her mind. She was a shy, quiet, and all around modest girl for the most part. Opposite of all those other hot little numbers that she sat alongside day in and day out in school.

*Splash*
Cael would dash his features away to seek freedom from the stinging water in his eyes before brushing them free and fixating a daring gaze on her pursing his lips into a sly smirk. Her answer however didn't please him entirely, in fact he was offset by it. He didn't want any vixens in his life. Hell that might have been a bit of a lie he loved all this sex but something was missing in it all that he longed for. Cael didn't make any promises in thinking it could be her but he saw something in her eyes that was different.
"What if thats not what I want."
A little question through pursed lips of thoughtful expression. His eyes glinting a fair bit with their own little twinkle. Cael lingered on the rock loosely pressing himself off a bit in pursuit of her a tad bit searching for her but not so much stalking her.

For every inch he came toward her, she would back away a half inch or so, yet her eyes remained upon him. Regardless of what she was doing, or how she spoke, there was a purity and an innocence in her gaze that did not falter or fade. It was a part of who she was, the essence of who she was for that matter and regardless what she had been through in her life, it could not be taken away from her. A glint of happiness once more crossing her gaze as he turned away from that splash, a soft laugh washing past her lips.
Yet when he spoke, she would tilt her head softly, a genuine amount of thought given to his words. "Then why do you go so out of your way to be with them?" She was honestly curious, not trying to imply anything or pass any sort of judgment upon him...She just wanted to know, to understand, because no matter how hard she tried to figure his reasoning out, she could not. "I mean, you. You are gorgeous and charming and intelligent...You could have any girl you want. So why them? Why that type?" Finally ceasing in her movements back, and holding her ground as hazel eyes locked upon his own, once again grazing her teeth against her lower lip.
"Why not pursue something.....more?" Shrugging softly as she would reach up and push a few of her red, fiery locks out of her face only to have them fall back into her eyes, a few beads of water dripping from her hand and rolling down the side of her face in the process.

Hmmm? She was backing away from him? It didn't seem the normal route that most people pursued around him, in fact it made him linger a little bit growing slightly confused bit by bit. However he still lingered on nonetheless chosing now to float around her to the right eventually situating her between him and the rock. Pincer movement? Perhaps >_>
"Hmmm, maybe something more hasn't quite come along."
A slight grin on his lips however much more serious and lacking that childish flare it'd had before. This smile bore a bit more responsability, fear of failing. And he knew it, it was all a bit different and weird.
Cael would proceed forward a bit more, assuming she stuck to what she was doing before he'd back her into the rock face.
"Enough about me... what of you?"

She didn't know that she was confusing him, and honestly she would not have understood how she was even if he had told her. She just was doing what came naturally to her, and that was to put distance between herself and him. One, because he made her feel....different...all fluttery and gittery on the inside, and two, because she had Legion and though she had been forced into that bond with him, there was no denying its power over her emotions and her heart.
Yet, even now, as she thought about that, about him...her mind couldn't help but think about how handsome the boy in front of her was. How much she loved the color of his eyes and that grin that so often curled upon his lips. Distracting herself easily as her gaze captured his own, mind focusing on the attitude that he had, the way he carried himself...Everything was appealing, and yet everything soft of pushed her away....if only because she refused to allow herself to become one of those girls. In all her years, she had only been with one man, only kissed one man, only desired one man...and yet now...she found that she held an actual bit of desire for the one before her. Not that she would admit to such....No, because as said, she refused to be just one of those girls.
Still, being focused on him, on his words, had proved to distract her enough that she did not notice his movements to pin her between himself and the rock until it was too late. A slight quickening of her heart rate as she let her eyes linger upon his. "How do you know that it has not come along? Perhaps you have just not been looking in the right places? Or perhaps you just have not been paying attention to something that is right in front of you?"
She was not referring to herself, or at least she was not meaning to. No, that innocent nature that she had still held true, simply suggesting that one of the girls he had over looked at the school could possibly be that very thing that he was looking for. She had understood, in her reading over the years, that it was very often the case with boys such as him.
As he advanced upon her, she again backed away, only to finally realize how she had been cornered as her back pressed into the face of the rock he had previously been against. Her eyes widening just a tad, she would feel her heart begin to race that much more, no longer able to retreat away from him and instead forced to hold her ground in a situation that was far beyond her area of expertise. "N..Now why would you want to know about me? There...is not much to tell." A soft, heated blush forming upon her cheeks as she ever so slightly turned her eyes downward toward the water's surface, trying to slow her heart and keep her breath from lodging in her throat at the closeness they now shared. Unsure what else to do with the situation she was currently in.

Pinned now she was he felt his eyes grow a bit heavier wanting to look her over more, admire every inch of her but he couldn't help the fact that his eyes were glued to hers. His hands however didn't find this as much a problem closing the barrior and choosing to settle on either side of her just above her shoulders hitting the rock and keeping her from moving side to side without going under water.
"Maybe looking is half the problem..."
Cael thought very philosophically and when it came to matters of the heart you saw what you wanted to see in some people. That accounted for women to, so choosing to see love in someone made him regret going down that path.
"Tell me everything, where you're from, what you enjoy, things like that."
This was a first for Cael, the words seemed genuine enough but he began to wonder who he was fooling if not himself.

She noticed the way that his eyes did not leave her own. A very unusual thing for one such as him, who up until this point had proven to be more about a woman's body than any real interest in her eyes and who she was. Still, she had to admit that she liked this side of him, however genuine or fake it was, not sure yet as to which it was.
However, as his hands pressed to either side of her head, just above her shoulders she would find herself panicking just a little. She was not afraid of him, but more of her own inexperience and her inability to get a real handle on situations such as this. Still, she didn't move. If anything, she was frozen in place as her eyes lingered upon his own and her heart thudded heavily within her chest. "Perhaps you are right..."
Yes, if you went looking for it, it was bound to elude you...To trick you and to put you in a situation that was not right for you. Love, or so she had thought, was something that should find you...not the other way around. A little smile once again finding its way onto her lips as she tried her best to relax there against that rock, to not pay too much attention to how close he was, or to how amazing he looked in this moment.
His question, for all the red flags it should have sent off, was one that she didn't give much thought to before answering. Just so caught up in the moment, and the freedom she felt, not to mention the ever increasing fluttering in her stomach and racing of her heart...Not to mention that Azura herself took no pleasure in lying and only did so on a need to basis. So yes, the act of letting herself slip into being honest was not hard, not hard at all. "I am not sure where I was born really, or where I am originally from. I have been locked away from the world most of my life. I never knew my parents, at least...not from what I can remember."
Her tone softening just a bit as she bit down upon her lower lip and lowered her eyes from his finally, looking at the water as it pooled around them, her mind wandering just a bit. She knew that she should be saying something different, the story she had rehearsed a million times for just this occasion, but when she opened her mouth, only the truth came forth, or at least, as much truth as she could give in this moment. "I read a lot, and I rather enjoy going out at night, running...sitting atop of buildings and looking out over the city. I don't have many friends, so I spent a lot of time on my own. People tend to think I am too weak, too soft, too....innocent to hang out with. If I had to be honest, you are the closest thing I have ever had to a friend in my life." Raven didn't count really, as she saw him as family. No, in all honesty, Cael was the first person who had actually taken the time to know her, and even still she was not sure if his questioning was genuine or not.
Slowly her eyes would turn back to meet his, drawing in a soft breath as she forced a little smile upon her lips and tried her best to steady herself. "Other than that, there is not much to tell. At least I do not think there is. I wouldn't want to bore you or anything." A soft, nervous laugh given as she laid her head back just slightly against the rock which he currently had her pinned against, her hand reaching up from within the water and her little index finger ever so lightly brushing back a lock of his hair from his forehead. Though no sooner had she done that, than she would catch herself and blush softly, pulling her hand away and once more submerging it within the water. "Sorry..." Her voice leaving her in not much more than a whisper at that.

Cael would tsk briefly, clenching his teeth together in slight vehement annoyance. She was too trusting of him and he wasn't entirely sure what to make of it. Anger for certain at first, who could trust a man like him or very much for that matter anyone in a position like this although everyone he'd encountered usually brought to him with this attitude but never as friends. The very same he felt good? In the instance that was a hard conclusion to come to. Being trusted. He was never trusted... even by his own father.
Cael would peel away at her apology, at her touch at the fact that she'd expressed such consideration to him. A silent scowl on his face before plunging his head beneath the water and backing out of the way with hands in a backstroke coming under a number of feet away.
With his head buried beneath the tides he heard nothing, time even seemed to slow. Trapped by his thoughts even those dissipated.
*splash*
He'd come out above the tides drifting above them before laying out among the shallows laid out looking up at the sun as it settled along the tree line slowly setting.

She was not stupid, regardless of how her trusting nature may have made her seem, and if three was one thing she was good at, it was picking up on the subtle signs presented by others in their reactions. She had displeased him in some way with what she had said, and it took her a long moment, after he had submerged himself and swam away, to figure out just what it might have been. She wasn't not certain, and therefore would not commit herself to a single guess, but she was at least confident enough to speak up once he had come back to the surface and laid there looking up at the sun. "I am sorry if some part of my story, which you asked to hear, was so disconcerting that you felt the need to distance yourself from me. I did not see a point in lying to you, though if you would be more comfortable with such, I am sure I could manage."
Her own hands softly dragging through the water, pulling her away from him and toward the water's edge instead. She supposed that as with all times of being around others, she had done something to "wear out her welcome" so to speak, and therefore distance was best before lines were crossed in a way that made it too hard to come back from them. "I am also sorry if it bothers you that I would dare to consider you a friend. Though I have to question why it is that you would be so put off by such a thing. Is it really that horrible to think that somebody could hold even a shred of confidence and trust in you where others have failed to do so?" Her tone, as always was soft and curious, though there was a tinge of something else within her usually soothing voice. Pain perhaps? Or maybe she was simply being defensive? Knowing Azura, it was likely the former, though she was usually a pro at hiding such things from others.
Turning, her back to him, she would swim the distance to the water's edge and then pull herself from within it, finding a small, grassy area on which to lay down, her red hair fanning out around her as hazel eyes looked upward toward the sky, following the clouds that rolled by through the small clearing created by the stream. One leg bent slightly, her little fingers would trace along her stomach, a soft sigh pressed past her lips as she allowed him his space and took the time to allow her own mind to wander back to what she was supposed to be doing here, what her purpose was, what her mission was...
