Azura would roll her eyes slightly as Alek praised them and in the same breath seemed to condemn those around them. "That is always the case. People tend to fear anything different than themselves." Just as Father had always said. They would always hate her, because she was different, and looking around at the students she had just saved and seeing the horror on their faces, proved this fact, just as every school before this one.
Shaking her head, she would look to the man as he turned to run, her foot twitching with the urge to rush forward and take him out, but figuring she would allow Legion to try. After all, it was he who got pleasure from attacking and killing...not her. A deep breath drawn in as her hand rose to wipe away the blood that ran down her face...managing to smear it about rather than clean it off...but at least it was not dripping anymore.
Eyes lingering upon Legion, ready to rush forward and take out the guy he was after should he fail to do so, she would listen to Alek continue to speak and chuckle slightly. "He should have thought of that before he decided to cut off my wings with a bone saw." Shuddering as she spoke the words, her head shifting slowly from side to side, the vertebrae cracking softly.
Though as soon as Legion turned back to her, she would tilt her head slightly. Had he not heard anything she had said to him the other night? Her brow arching just a bit as she glanced toward the PA speaker as Alek's voice cut out, figuring somebody had taken out the system, but already having decided on where to look for him anyways. "I told you, Father is the one who made me. The one who brought me to The Facility."
Her feet carrying her toward the door as she motioned to the wounds on his shoulder, her usual concern and gentle nature laid aside for now as her mind remained locked in "mission" mode. A simple short, curt tone given to him. "Wrap those before you bleed out. Can't have you passing out right now. That would be bad....very bad." Making her way toward the door and out into the hallway, ignoring anything said about her by the student's around her as she sighed and started off toward the Security Room...Made sense...Alek was watching them, clearly...and she knew better than anyone where the monitors for the cameras were.
"As for the voice. That is my brother. Alek." A little glance over her shoulder toward Legion before she would turn the corner and head up the stairs toward the next floor, and closer to her destination. "You should probably get out of here, and out of the school if at all possible. He will destroy you if he gets the chance....I can't afford being taken out that easily." Was she calling him weak? Not....outright...no. But perhaps she was in some way or another. Not that it was intentional, or meant with any sort of malice, but she knew her brother and what he was capable of...and well...she had seen what Legion was capable of...
No, if she was going to confront her brother, she was going to have to do so without worrying about getting her ass kicked through way of some freaky genetic bond. It was just a simple, clear cut, matter of fact. No emotions tied into her words or decisions...not in right now. Those just clouded your judgment and made you a liability. There would be time for hurt feelings later.

Kevala would near the security room, only to stop short when her icy hues settled upon the two men standing in front of the door. Softly she would scoff, rolling her eyes as she looked back to see if her two security goons had caught up. If not...well then she would pick a spot on the wall, lean against it, and wait.
Once they had...well then she would motion toward the two men standing against the door. "Yeah...be useful." Waving her hand slightly and waiting for Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dee to hurry up and attack the two men standing there....As for her? Well she would wait until the two men were sufficiently distracted and then attempt to make it into the security room.
Honestly....she was just not in the mood to do anything too strenuous and fighting was always at the bottom of her list of "Things To Do".... But then...she was pretty lazy as far as lazy goes.

Ary would grin slightly as she looked over the men backing away....her own feet carrying her toward the spigot that she had spotted as she gave a slight shrug of her shoulders. "Well, how nice of him. I still am not one to be manhandled like some animal." Growling slightly as she narrowed her eyes upon the men once more.
Yet no sooner had she bent down to turn the water on, than the vans began to pull up, making her pout just slightly. Where was the fun in that?! She wanted to cook a few guys, hear them scream...laugh a bit. Irritation only increasing when she watched them turn toward the oncoming threat. Though...a glance between them, and the now flowing water, and she would grin once more.
Just because they didn't want to play anymore, didn't mean she couldn't....right? Pressing her back into the wall as she watched the water spew forth, she would slide down to press her finger to the opening, creating a spray of water directly at one of them....allowing the electricity from her body to flow through the water and onto him....hopefully managing to, at the very least, taze his ass or something. Anything to entertain herself.

Ugh. The nausiation of standing up after the blow to his head Cael would waver stumbling as you would until he could get a handle hold on the nearest stall holding himself up for balance for but a moment as he could collect himself both in stature and in thought. Licking his lips the boy would draw himself into attention before letting his hues drop down. One man out while the other was moping in pain from the attack. Perfect he was conscious.
Cael would slowly bring himself to stand over the man before planting his left foot on the man's sternum, sure to apply pressure enough that the slightest bit more might just crack his ribcage. Lowering down Cael would grin looking the man over in his state of displeasure.
"We're going to play a little game you and I." That grin from ear to ear retracting in an instant serious now, "What is this all about!"
With an ill advised response Cael might be so inclined to break this guy down to worse than the lap dog he was.

Seeing a heavy boot coming flying at his face, Kazuki just barely managed to point his chin down, and while it would not completely protect his face, it did help to reduce the impact of the blow, if only a little bit. As for the boots flying into his torso and abdomen, there was very little he could do to reduce the blows, and would end up taking the full impact just as he rolled through the hole in the door he burned through, and ended up in the hallway, though he was left severely dazed.
Ending up on his back, just as he managed to get his wits about him, he'd feel stomps coming charging towards him and boots flying down towards him yet again. This time however, he only had enough time to curl up into a ball while still on his back, making sure to shield the areas of his body that weren't covered in flames by pulling his knees up to his chest and crossing his arms in an x-shape, to block the blows to both his head and torso, and would use the burst of momentum from yanking his knees upwards to decrease his hit box area to roll backwards and onto the balls of his feet.
Pushing off immediately, he'd pull his left arm back slightly, making it seem as though he was going for a punch, only to plant his left hand down behind him and stick his right leg out as soon as he was close enough, and sweep his leg in a 180 degree motion, to send as many of the grunts legs out from under them as he could while burning them and send them to floor... hard. He just needed to thin their numbers out, hopefully he managed to knock out a couple of them.

Legion's thrown club was accurate, but the goon was fast and already had a head start. He was out the door and rounding the corner when the club struck him, nailing him in the back of the shoulder and causing him to falter and slam against the door, but he kept going, bouncing off the doorframe and using the momentum to just keep running. Legion and Azura were left free of victims for the moment.
Azura would start off toward the security room, seeming to know pretty instinctively where her brother was. As for whether or not Legion would follow, that was all up to the Demon Boy's next post! Either way, Azura would find herself more or less unapproached during her trip, until she stumbles upon...
-
Kevala and her own particular goons, facing up against the two guards to the security room. Kev's goons move in to do their thing, and the four enter into a battle royale, fists, feet and weapons swinging left and right. It is rather hard to focus on much else but that if one's partaking in it, and since Kevala is now slippery quiet, it wouldn't be difficult at all for her to flit past the fighting four and slip into the security room. It had been locked, but this GM will assume the lady who runs the place has the key.
Inside, the first thing she would notice would be the brown haired girl, once wearing clothes, perhaps, but they had been torn off of her. Clad in nothing but her underwear, she was laying, eyes wide, breathing heavily, not dead but clearly severely injured. She was cut up in more than several places, and a small pool of blood had already formed beneath her. Kev would notice the heat radiating off her body, and the numbers on her inner thigh, identifying her as one of the Experiments that he was looking for in the first place.
"Oh, hello Kev," Alek said, rather jovially, twirling around in the security chair from where he was, watching all of the chaos around him. "You look... different." He tilts his head and watches her move for a while, before a wide grin splits his face. "It's... inhuman. I like it."
-
The man that was speaking was the man she could reach the easiest with her zappy water, and Aryanna would be victorious in her endeavor, the water coursing with electricity washing over the man, causing him to convulse over and over until he fell to the ground, unconscious.
Unfortunately for Aryanna, though, he had already thrown his baton, and with nothing done to protect herself from it, the baton whirled over the stream of water, nailing her directly in the temple with the thick end, and knocking her out. Meanwhile, the security forces nearby quickly made short work of the goons that had surrounded her.
-
Cael got to his feet and regained his wits, but his strength was still not quite fully about him. Even so, he was more than capable of putting the hurt on his weakened opponent, stepping down on his chest and pumping him for information. The goon coughed a few times, and looked up at him, shaking his head.
"Boss done said it once... we're looking for those freaks... and glowing like that, you look pretty freaky to me..."
With that, he'd toss his baton behind Cael, which would be caught by another man entering the scene - the one that got away from Legion and Azura's onslaught moments before. Before Cael could react, the man caught the baton and cracked him directly in the back of the head with the butt of it, and would use the opportunity presented by the sneak attack to do so again and again until Cael was rendered unconscious.
-
Kazuki tucked himself into a ball as the stomps rained down, taking some extraneous blows to the limbs, numbing them a bit from the pain, but also resulting in a couple of guys with pants on fire. They allowed him to roll back as they moved to put out the fires, patting them down with their manly, calloused hands. As Kazuki pushed forward, one of them swung a baseball bat as his head, which missed completely and he was tripped up in the sweep. He went down, but the others were just far enough away and prepared enough to step back.
One would capitalize, however, swinging his bat down towards Kazuki's head, while another would swing horizontally into his ribcage. The other two would be nearing in to finish the job, if not for the Head of Security appearing on the scene, grabbing the closest around the neck with a heavy arm-grip and bending him over his back, flipping him face-first into the ground and throwing a heavy axe-handle style punch into the back of his neck.
"C'mon, kid, we gotta get either these students out, or these thugs. Take your pick."

Azura really wasn't sure what Legion was up to, nor did she stop to find out. Instead she took off at full speed and headed toward the security room, only to slide to a stop as she noticed the fight going on between the four men and the Superintendent heading into the security room. A little growl given, knowing that nothing good would come from this, and knowing that the moment she went in, her entire cover would be blown, had it not been already.
But still, she knew who it was on the other side of that door, and she knew, that if she didn't face him now, then things could potentially get a lot, lot worse. So, with a deep breath, she shot forward, sliding though the array of flying fists and what not that was going on between the dueling security teams, and rushed into the office, past the Superintendent and stopped directly in front of her brother.....
Of course, she was no fool, and her attention was quickly drawn to the girl who had been stripped down and sliced up rather nastily, Alek's work no doubt, seeing as how that had always been one of his favorite past time activities. "Brother stop this! Now!" Her hand motioning to the girl on the floor and then to the doorway she had just come through, obviously signalling to the rest of the school.
As for the other woman, she paid her no mind. She was not a threat as far as Azura was concerned, and for now, she had much more pressing matters. "They are not all worthy of punishment....Some of them are decent people and deserve a chance to redeem themselves. I have spent months in this school, I have seen this with my own eyes." She was the one who had always been sent to pass judgment, was she not. Of course she would know what she was talking about. Though Alek had never been one to listen very much, regardless what judgment she passed upon them.
"What do you want?" He always wanted something. His games always had some sort of benefit for him, or for Father....though the thought of the man caused her to cringe slightly, the muscles of her back contracting to fold away her wings almost instinctively. "What will it take to get you to cease all of this?" She asked genuinely, taking a step toward Alek, knowing full well what she was getting herself into, but knowing that he was....technically....the only family she had. Even with him, that had to at least count for....something....right?
But then...Azura always had been a bit naive and far too innocent for her own good.

OOC:: Forgive me for this, but just sorta gonna cheat here. Since yeah...noooooooot much to do. haha
Ary would manage her attack, but no sooner had she done so, than a baton would fly out of nowhere and smack her right in the temple and sufficiently manage to knock her out. It wasn't hard, given the fact that she was pretty much useless when it came to physical endurance, and so, as the electricity seemed to disappear from around her body, she would collapse to the ground. Her dark locks spilling around her face as she laid there, completely unaware of whatever else was going on.

Well that had worked out splendidly, but no sooner had she opened the door and stepped inside, barely having time to hear his greeting and see the girl sprawled out with cuts littering her body and most likely near death....than some whirlwind came rushing past her. The force of the girls entrance enough to cause her to stumble into the wall, though...there was no real sound to be heard from her movements as she did so.
Without much to say, seeing as how the redhead was now in the process of trying to get her brother? to cease in his attack on the school....she would fold her arms over her chest and lean there against that wall, silently watching and waiting to see what would happen.....Yet oh so very interested in everything that was being said, because as we all know, Kevala just loved to have all the information she could get on any given subject. Especially this one.
OOC:: Again, not much for me to do with this one just yet. So gonna keep it short, move things along, etc. <3

Oh, Legion had listened to her the other night. But he wasn't looking for simply who father was. He knew the basics. That this, father, took her in made her into what she was today, but that was not enough, not anymore. You see, Legion demanded suffering, he was a soulless killer, but he was no fool. The whole story on who this father was seemed more important with each passing moment. For example, the way that she spoke Legion knew that he had not met father. That brought three very important questions to the forefront of his mind now. Where had father gone? Why had he left? And what was he doing now?
This seemed quite important to Legion because This attack was organized, very, even he could see that. It had been a surprise attack too. The problem was that it was that that gave the brother his advantage. He had a set amount of goals, that may or may not have been the ones that he had stated over the PA. What was important though, was to figure out the true goals and thwart them, somehow. Even if it was as simple as them both leaving. Alek seemed to be after experiments. To kill Legion at the very least. Perhaps Alek knew of his and Azura's link? Kill the weaker to collect the stronger? Regardless it seemed clear that Alek wanted Azura, for once again the mysteriously unexplained Father. Legion's goal was to keep that from happening.
Annoyingly enough though, she spoke some sense, though Legion hated this feeling. Being the weaker one. Oh, he knew it, and he wasn't happy about it. A slight annoyance coming from the fact that he took on her injuries. And her being able to acquire so many more before she fell? Well it made it difficult for Legion if she decided to go tic for tat. Not that she had gotten shot on purpose, but it was a weakness when he got shot too. So begrudgingly he would wrap his wounds, tearing off the sleeves of his shirt.
As she told him what to do, he was further frustrated, not by weakness but by her plan in general. To confront the one who had the advantage and was now holding all the cards. The one who wanted Azura. By going to him She would be playing right into his hands, so Legion would follow her before she started to sprint growling, "Azura, that's what he wants, for you to go to him. You're playing into his hands! He has the-"
But she left before he could finish the last part. Growling a bit before kicking the wall he'd let out a frustrated, "FUCK!"
Leaving himself he knew he had to keep moving, knowing that it was highly unlikely for him to be able to get out of the school without being spotted. Well, perhaps he could make it outside, but then he'd have a hell of a run in the open, with his injured leg. He could deal, but not with a long sprint in the open. It was unlikely he'd win that one, and that was before the consideration that they may have had guns. No, the best thing that he could was to try and help Azura, to prepare for the unfortunate reality where she was taken. That was not something he wanted to think about but at the same time, he knew that Alek was the one holding all the cards here. Legion had to do what he could to stay out of sight and keep his eyes on her, somehow. And so he did the most reasonable thing that he could.
He made his way to the school's power generators, as quietly as he could, using what shadows he could, staying unseen being far more important then getting there quickly. To where all the circuit boards would be and everything that kept the school lit up. His goal, pretty straight forward. To turn the tables in his favor, adapt the environment to him. If he could? He might give making a run for it a shot, but that was only if he couldn't keep tabs on Azura, or if she failed. Then again he could always use the darkness to hide until this passed if need be. That, of course, wasn't the preferred option but if she was taken Legion had to stay free, to figure out a way to get to her. The whole situation come to think of it was becoming more frustrating by the minute as he thought about it...

With the baseball bat one goon swung at Kazuki swinging harmlessly over his head, despite his limbs a bit numb from the foot stomps he took, he managed to send that particular goon to the floor, though the rest of his buddies were able to step back and avoid the leg sweep. Seeing two more baseball bats come swinging at him, one at his head and the other at his ribs, Kazuki couldn't help but smile to himself. Now they were just making fun of him.
Catching both baseballs bats in his hands, his arms and legs now just a tad sore and no longer numb, not only would he set the bats on fire, he'd just burn right through the area of the bat he held onto, before attempting to wrench the stumps of what used to be two baseball bats out of the two goons hands, before trying to punch them both straight up in their faces with his flame engulfed fists.
If he succeeded, turning his attention to the two remaining goons, whom had moved in to finish the job, he'd find that they had already been dispatched by the Head of Security himself, as Kazuki gave the two he had taken out a couple swift kicks to their heads, making sure they were 100% out and down for the count.
"... We get these thugs out, we make sure the students won't get hurt any further. This is our school, they need to get out..."

Alek was rather disappointed by his sister's rather rude entrance, especially when she cut off Kevala, moving to speak right in the middle of what Alek was sure to be the most raucous conversation. Quickly, she took the stance he was sure she'd take, pleading for the lives of the students, claiming them to be worthy of life. At this, Alek shook his head, and began to chuckle. His chuckle continued to grow until it was an outright laugh, his head tilting back as he continued to cackle, almost maniacally in nature, until it finally faded into a gleeful laugh, sounding almost like a giggle. He stood up from the security desk, his icy blue eyes lowering to meet Azura's, and finally, his laugh came full circle, lowering back to that same dark little chuckle that he was swiftly becoming known for. "Dearest, dearest sister," Alek began, stepping around the desk to face her, standing just behind the fallen, still-breathing body of one of Azura's fellow Experiments, "I must regretfully inform you of the flaws in your requests. Your first mistake, my dear, is to assume that I put even the slightest amount of stock in your little scheme of who is worthy," he said, practically spitting the word out in disdain, "And who is not. You couldn't have really believed I was doing things this way for any reason other than a good few laughs at the expense of a couple hundred broken and bleeding young ones?"He chuckled again, dropping to a knee next to the girl, shifting her with his hand to reveal the number tattooed upon her: 445. It was Phoenix. Alek placed his palm upon the small of her back, and a slight glow covered his hand, and the spot on her back that he touched. As it did, his eyes widened, and a slow smile spread across his face. "Hm. So that's how that works."He stood up again, still smiling at Azura, and lifted his foot, pressing it down against Phoenix's throat and applying pressure. Sputtering breaths attempted to eke their way past Alek's stranglehold, but to no avail. The girl began to choke and gag as her airways remained constricted. "Oh, and your second mistake? To think that you could come in here and bargain with me, when I'm the one who's holding all the chips."With that, he pressed his foot down, hard, completely crushing Phoenix's neck and spinal cord with a single, forceful motion. She let out one last half-shriek of pain before all sensation became numb from the neck down, and she would die shortly thereafter. This time, however, there were no flames, and no ashes. For once, instead of rising from the burned out husk of her former self, Phoenix would remain as she was, a lifeless body, never to return again. Alek chuckled once more, leaning over to lift her up and drape her over his shoulder. "Father didn't explicitly mention if he wanted you all back dead or alive. I doubt he'll mind much of my taking a trophy, after all."He would stroll to the door, as casual as ever, putting a hand to the doorknob before stopping, and looking back at Azura. "I've gotten everything that I've come for. Anything else after this... well, let's just say I've already done a bang-up job here, and leave it at that." He gives her a little wink, and opens the door, moving quickly enough even with his cargo that, were she to follow him, once she reached the door, he was already gone. Kazuki would offer his choice, and Rick would not, seemingly pleased with the decision. "If we're doing this, we have to do it right. Systematic. I'll have my men head down from the top floors, and we'll go from the lower-most and work our way up. And if I'm not mistaken, that means our first stop's gonna be the generator floor in the basement."Thankfully already on the first floor, they wouldn't have far to go, meeting up with Legion at the staircase down. Upon entry, they would see a larger number of men than had been present in the classrooms, somewhere closer to ten or fifteen, but it was hard to tell in the hazy red glow of the backup lights, which were always on down here in case of power failure. They all seemed to be attaching some kind of plastic explosive to the generators, and various pressure points throughout the subbasement. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what they were doing. In the middle, directing traffic, was this man: "Alright, get this shit set up quick, the Boss is already on his way out the door, we need to make this lo-"As he's speaking, he turns to see the trio and smirks, cracking his knuckles loudly. "Go ahead and start heading out, boys, I'll take care of this myself..."Meanwhile, Alek had made it out, carrying the lifeless form of Experiment 445 with him. Followed closely behind him was one of his thugs, dragging Cael's unconscious body as quickly as he could. The man tossed a walkie-talkie to Alek, who spoke into it as soon as it was caught. "Oh Brickie-boy, why exactly am I out here waiting on you, when we all agreed we'd be meeting here at this time?""Oh, don't worry 'bout me, Boss, I just found myself a couple new chew-toys to gnaw on. How 'bout I just meet y'all back at home?""Fine, fine, but if you don't make it back, I'm going to be very upset with you, Brickie-poo!""Brick":STR: 100 DEX: 30 CON: 65 INT: 10 WIS: 25 CHA: 25

OOC: I am gonna say to go ahead and no worry about me posting for Kev or Ary. Since yeah...no point!
Azura would narrow her eyes on Alek as he moved, she knew more than anyone what he was capable, of, and though at the back of her mind was that lingering knowledge that Legion had not listened to her and had stayed in the school...there was nothing she could do about that now. No, her attention had to stay focused on Alek, because he was definitely a major threat to her well being, and to everyone around them. "Alek!"
The anger, which so very seldom rose within her tone, clear as he moved toward Pheonix. She knew that the girl was going to die, had known it from the time she walked in....and though she would suffer guilt for this later, there was much more important things to worry about than this single unruly and failed experiment. She had people that she cared about at risk, and if he had gotten to her, he would get to them. "Why does he want us?! He is the one who very well tried to ruin me before his death!" Perhaps it should have struck her as odd that Father was alive at all, but she came back to life regularly, so for her, it was quite normal.
But then, before she could really get any sort of answer from him, he would hoist the now dead girl up and over his shoulder, no more attention paid to Azura....Which, of course, sent off warning bells all through her mind. Why wasn't he attacking her? Why was he waiting? What was his game? Because with her brother, there was always a game. But before she could reach the hall to try and stop him he was gone, leaving no indication of which direction he had gone and leaving her with only one real option.
She shot toward the exit to the floor which led to the roof, foot slamming into the door and throwing it off its hinges as she ran out onto it...quickly scaling around the roof, trying to find his exit point, to see what he was up to. If she knew him, there was a reason he was beating a hasty retreat, and a very good reason that he had left her here...she just couldn't figure out what it was.
Question was...would she be able to see him leaving? Because if so...then everything was about to change.

"... Understood. Lead the way sir."
Letting the Head of Security take the front, Kazuki taking up the role of back guard, reaching the stairs leading down to the basement where the generators were located, they'd meet up with a very familiar face, the former School Captain that had been kidnapped himself, Patrick O'Connor, or Legion, which was what he went by now, but Kazuki was more worried about what could happen than the fact a kidnapped person had suddenly reappeared.
Upon entering, Kazuki's eyes would narrow at the sight of all the plastic explosives attached everywhere. This was bad, this was very bad. If those went off, while Kazuki was able to absorb flames harmlessly into himself, a explosion of this size and power? He didn't want the Head of Security or Patrick to get caught in the blast range.
Seeing the man in the middle directing traffic turn and smirk while cracking his knuckles upon seeing the three of them, Kazuki would slowly enter into a fighting stance, he was quite sure none of them needed the school building getting blown to kingdom come.
"Chew-toy? I am no one's chew toy. This is our school. Get out."
