So, since I keep coming up with random things that I need to tell you guys and things that I need to do, I am just going to open this thread up so that I can list what I have done that you guys might want to take a look at, as well as stuff that I need to get around to doing.

If you think of anything that you need me to do, or if you need a thread with Kevala for whatever reason, post it here so that I will be sure and see it and get around to it.

So, as of right now, these are the things that I have done that you might want to look over and give me some input on.

1) Posted up Superintendent's Class Rules
2) Posted the jobs that each pillar is required to do as a stipulation of having the title.
3) I posted in the Qi discussion so that you guys could make a more informed decision when you vote as well as applied a specific cut off time, at which point I will make my final decision on the matter.
4) I updated the Character Layout Sheet thread to state that approvals on bios can now go through Ryan as well as myself. ( In case nobody noticed that he has been approving all my bios. XD )

Stuff To-Do

1) Need to put together the official items list. That will be done some time this week.
2) Need to create board for all school sanctioned teams such as football, cheerleading, etc....
3) Need to decide whether I want to create a School Newsletter board, sub-board, or just mass PM it to everyone.
4) Will be posting up something later today where everyone can provide ideas on what kind of awards to offer for when we do the RP Awards. ( I have some of the basics that I am sure we are all familiar with, but I just want to know what else you guys can come up with.)

Okay, so I have:

• Created the sub board for the School Newsletter, for whenever we have a Lead Editor. It is located in the school section of the board.
  
  
• Created a sub board for Fight Club Classes, since it will consist of a series of different threads spanning over a period of six weeks each class, so I figured it would be easier to keep track of.
  
  
• Created the Sports & Academic Team board for there to be a place to keep official records of the sports teams and who is in what. Pretty much waiting on a VC in order to get all that off and going, though if nobody applies within the next week or so, Kev might hold tryouts for some stuff.
  
  
• Posted up the RP Awards Discussion, which I fully intend to leave open for a good few weeks, so no rush on that one.
  
  
• Made my official decision regarding Qi. Which was no, for those who have not seen it. Also locked that thread. If the need arises later down the road I will reopen the discussion, but for now, if you have any issues PM me or leave me a note here.

So, as far as I can tell there is only one thing that I really need to finish up:

• Creating official items list for the Items & Trading Shop
  
  
• Need to write up a basic guideline for the Sports & Academic Team board....
  
  
• Start Fight Club threads 5/3/2012

Okay, so I feel a little accomplished. List of things I have completed:

• Got the Teams/Club rules up
  
  
• Got the Fight Club threads up
  
  
• Pillar Challenges are going pretty smoothly
  
  
• Headmaster position is being applied for
  
  
• Got some general ideas in the works for different little events and stuff to keep things active without pushing the boards plot ahead too fast for those that are slower RPers to keep up with.

I still have a few things that need to be done. Such as:

• Need to do that items list, which WILL be done by the end of the weekend. I am determined.
  
  
• Need to make a note in the rules section about people who choose to go statless with their characters.

Which I should be able to do these two things by the time the weekend is out. Though I won't be around Friday night or most of Saturday. I should return, at the earliest, some time Saturday evening. So if anything goes wrong, I won't be able to get to it before then. But feel free to PM me or leave me a message here and I will try to get on my phone and check at some point.

Yes, I am aware I have fallen a bit behind on things that I need to do. Its Sunday and I still don't have the list of items up yet, and I also need to make the note about statless stuff in the rules section. The latter of which will be done tonight, the other, well hopefully I can get that done tomorrow or Wed.

Tuesday I won't be here, have a doctor's appointment which is likely to take all day. I also have a term paper I have to write for my psychology class in which I research and detail a notorious serial killer and give my own personal assessment over what I believe his diagnosis should have been. So that will be eating up a lot of my time later in the week.

As for Fight Club threads, I will be playing catch up with Kev in them tonight, just to keep her active in them and what not. But that wont be til after I have dinner with my Mother. If there is anything else I am missing please let me know.

Okay, so here is where we stand....Cause yeah, my OCD mandates that I update this damn to-do list every so often.

• Threw in the random obstacles for the Fight Club threads.
  
  
• Need to add in the note to the rules about people who choose to go statless.
  
  
• New Helper has been appointed, Ray V. Williams ( white username ) ....If you need staff help with anything, or approval on something you can run it by him. I am pretty sure you all know him in one way or another. <3
  
  
• Headmaster has been appointed. If you you don't really know what that means as far as the board goes, and what his powers are concerning Pillars and what not then check out the rules section. He is not staff, despite the pretty blue name. He just has powers IC wise.
  
  
• Items discussion is up and running. If anyone has anything to say on the matter, then you have a week to do so. If nothing is said by that time, I will assume my plans for it are okay and go with that.
  
  
• I will be putting up The Roaring Twenties Dance thread some time this week. You are not required to have your Monthly Events done by then, but for those of you who like a bit of consistency to your time lines, it might be helpful to get it done soon.
  
  
• Once the discussion on items is closed, I will be working on getting the actual items list up so you can see what is available to you to buy.
  
  
• RP Awards comments thread will remain open for a couple more weeks, though I am gathering that everyone is okay with the old, tried but true format that has been used on boards in the past...(Since nobody has said anything)....If so, then that's what I will go with.
  
  
• Thanks to Robbie and her awesomeness, the avatars are now able to be bigger in size, so if yours looks a little funny, that is why.
  
  
• I will be slow on posting this week, one because of the accident and two because of my paper I have to write...But I think we are at a point where everything should be okay even if I am a bit lacking for the better part of a week.

I think that covers everything. If I missed anything, as usual, let me know here or through PMs....

Alright, so what I have been up to.

• I changed the color for transfers, the neon green ish color just stood out way too much against the board color for my tastes.
  
  
• Yes, I changed my color for Admin to a pinkish purple color, mostly because everyone sort of knows how much I enjoy that color and well, it stands out a heck of a lot better than that red color I had.
  
  
• One pillar down, three more to go. We need applicants for the Varsity Captain so that we can progress with the quest and get things moving. I have one applicant already, ( who I shall not name until the actual thread is posted, so don't ask ) and I need another. If I do not receive another applicant by Monday, then the challenge shall continue as an PC vs. NPC.
  
  
• I have added the notes to the rules regarding should you choose to go statless.
  
  
• I have posted the Dance Event, it is not mandatory, as with any event, though it should be a fun little event just the same.
  
  
• Rules and exceptions for classes will no longer be made. I had been allowing such so that every teacher could get a full class in, but due to recent events I will be reverting back to the basic board rules.
  
  
• Items Discussion deadline is drawing near, so if you want to get anything in on that, then by all means, post it soon.
  
  
• Still no real suggestions as far as the RP Awards go, so I am going to go ahead and give that one a few more days and then close the thread.
  
  
• Going to be adding an archive section to the Help & Suggestion board, to archive all old discussions.
  
  
• I have a couple more ideas I am working on, though I am debating upon opening discussions on them or just going ahead with them when I see fit. More to come on this one....
  
  
• Need to check the dates, but I am pretty sure time is running out on the Fight Club threads Round #1. So for those of you that are not posting to them, I suggest you get in what you can before Kevala calls the fights.

Okay, so due to personal issues IRL I find that I haven't been as active RP wise as I usually am. I don't think this has caused any major damage to the board and the way things are run, and as far as I am aware the quest should be up and going sometimes soon-ish depending on the pillar challenges and how those play out.

As for my duties, YES, I am aware that the "helper" isn't as active here as he is on his other board. YES, I am aware that in the event that I am not here, or that Ryan is not here to speak on my behalf ( which he really shouldn't have to but yeah ) that there could be something that needs to be addressed and therefore goes unattended to until one of us is able to log on. YES I am aware that due to my recent stress and other issues that I might not have been as active in my staff position as I have been previously....

However, I have had this thread up for the majority of the time that the board has been open, and it is here for the simple fact that if you feel that I am lacking on my duties as your admin, or if you feel there is an issue that is not being addressed by staff, then you may list it here so that I have easy access to it, and am able to attend to the matter right away. I am assuming, that because there have been no posts made here pertaining to either of these two issues then I am doing a good enough job and staff ( for the best part, me ) is keeping up with everything that needs to be attended to.

I say this only because over the course of the last few days, things have been brought to my attention through IMs that would suggest that I am doing a less than favorable job, or that perhaps due to my IRL stress I am unable to handle my responsibilities here. So I just wanted to clear the air here, and say, that if you believe any of this to be true, or have any concerns of your own please post them HERE. Also, for those of you that feel the need to point out that we need another staff member I would really love for you to place your reasons here, for me to see, as to why you think it so vital that we need such. Just so I can take them into consideration.

Okay so its been a little while since I updated this, but that is mostly because of the fact that there have been no real staffing issues to address as of late. But, just to keep everyone on the same page and let you know what I am up to, here is my updated list.

• I am currently revising the Items List rules so that they fit more along the lines with what you guys discussed in the Items Discussion thread.
  
  
• Going to start work on building the first set of items sometime this week, at least. I want to get all the sets worked out, but I figure the fist one is most important since it is the only one you guys will be able to see and purchase from right now.
  
  
• The dance event is up and running, though people are being rather slow to post to it. I understand the busy schedules and it is not a mandatory event by any means, but in celebration of it being the first official school event, I will be handing out various rewards at the end, depending on participation and creativity and what not.
  
  
• The fist quest is up and running...and is being GM'd by Ryan. So any questions or concerns about this quest should be directed toward him. I may have approved it, but that was based on a general outline he gave me....as for the details, I am just as much in the dark as you guys are.
  
  
• I need to create an archive thread for the fight club classes, and I also need to create one for old discussions that have been closed out. This is just me and my OCD wanting to keep everything organized, so don't mind me.
  
  
• Fight club classes are up, and yet they are running very slowly. I understand people have finals going on and what not, but I would like to see them pick up a bit. If they don't then I will likely reduce the amount of EXP gain for this round. You cant just post three times, not really fight, and then expect to get the full 3 EXP offered. Just like any other class...you have to participate to earn.
  
  
• There is one week remaining on the May M.E so for those of you who have not yet posted, you might want to do so. The next M.E should be posted no later than June 2, 2012.
  
  
• Pillar positions have been filled, so I would hope that you guys are working on making sure you fulfill you duties. I am giving a pass for May, since it was filled with mostly the fights for these titles, but no excuses for June.

Well I think that just about covers everything, so I will be getting to work on what I need to do and you guys just keep in mind everything that needs to be done ICly. Any questions or comments post them here, and if I am missing anything, please let me know.

For those of you who have not noticed....I have:

• Created a class archive for all finished class threads, including previous fight club threads.
  
  
• Created a consumable items list in the Items & Trading section. There are two threads. One labeled "Chemical Enhancing Pens" and "C.E.P's In Testing Phase"...Please read over both of these carefully, and if you have an questions or concerns or just any positive comments ( is hopeful ) then please post them here or in my crit thread.
  
  
• Revised the Items, Money & Trading Rules and posted them all up in the Items & Trading Shop so that everyone can have easy access to them.
  
  
• Speaking of my crit thread, I am about to bump it. Meaning I am about to post in it to ask that you please give me a serious crit on how I am doing as your admin. I just want to know what I am doing good, or what I could do better so that I can make sure everyone is having the best RP experience possible.
  
  
• Rewards for being kind enough to take part in PHS #8011's first official school event have been handed out. Hope you guys enjoy them.
  
  
• Starting work on Item Set #1 tonight, should be up tomorrow sometime, assuming I don't completely give out from exhaustion between now and then. I just seem to be stuck on giving it a good name. Haha

• I have finished all the minor tweaking of the C.E.P items. This includes a few changes to the "In Testing" section, more specifically Chemical X.
  
  
• Finished Item Set #1 -- The Rebel Series. It is now available for purchase. I have also listed the names of the other two sets, though as stated, they are locked until the appropriate story arc is completed.
  
  
• Need to create teacher item set, though that will likely be done tomorrow or sometime this weekend. Unless of course somebody requires that it be done sooner rather than later, in which case just let me know and I will get on it.
  
  
• Pretty sure I am caught up with everything I need to do staff wise. If I am forgetting anything, then yeah, you know what to do....Though since nobody ever says anything I am going to assume that I am doing a good job. Hahaha

Okay so I didn't do a whole lot today staff wise, but I did get a little bit done and I do have some things that I am going to be starting up in the next week or so...So here is what I have:

• I completed the Head of Staff Item List...For further explanation on what this is, look under the Items & Trading section.
  
  
• I am going to be moving a copy of the Pillar's Items to the Item & Trading Shop either tonight or tomorrow sometime. This is just so they are easier to get to, since they are in fact items and naturally most people would think to look for them in the Items section.
  
  
• I am going to be making a list of teachers and subjects that they teach as well as starting a "Teachers Lounge Directory" in the Character Links board. This is A) Because I just want to keep the classes and teacher organized and easy to find, and B) Because I have OCD issues and it will give me something to do.
  
  
• Chemical X has been put into circulation. So far the only student to hold this particular consumable is Michael Cypren, though there will be more to come in the weeks following.
  
  
• I will be starting my own personal outline of the main story arc beginning quest which will go up some time following the current quest which is being run by Ryan. I feel like now is a good time to start since the board is semi active and what not.
  
  
• I have been catching a lot of passive aggressive grief play as of late from people trying to "oh so casually" guilt me into certain actions and what not. Usually I am able to put up with this and just let it slide but lately, with things going the way they have been for me IRL, it is just an added stress I don't need...so I will be starting to take active measure against such childish tactics. So, if you are one of the ones partaking in this, please think about knocking it off before I have to reprimand you for it. Its honestly the LAST thing I want to do.
