C.E.P's In Testing Phase.....
These items are not technically legal, by any means, but instead are currently undergoing the testing phase at Katashi Industries. Yet only so much can be learned by injecting cute little bunny rabbits and fuzzy little rats, so occasionally these chemicals are being tested on actual, live subjects so that their realistic properties can be documented. Of course, nobody knows this aside from a select few who are privileged to this information. (And that list is very, very short.)

Rules Concerning Mystery C.E.P's
- These C.E.P's are still in the testing phase, which means that they are not exactly legal....yet. They have been tested on lab rats and bunnies, but their effects on humans have yet to be determined. Hence why they are being slipped to the students here at PHS #8011.
- Anyone is eligible to recieve one of these mystery drugs at any point in time. Unlike the six “approved” C.E.P's, drugs in the testing phase can very well be handed out at any time should the opportunity present itself.
- There are only 5 available C.E.P's containing these mystery drugs at any one time. Once they are used up, they will either disappear from circulation, or will be finalized and approved for regular consumption, all depending on how the test phase goes.
- Even though there are 5 test C.E.P's available, as little as 3 are needed for there to be advancement to the next phase. (the next experimental chemical)...However all 5 must be used in order for the chemical to be considered for permanent circulation or for scrapping.
- With these mystery concoctions, there is a potential risk for addiction. This is mostly due to the fact that these drugs have not been finalized, nor have they ever been tested upon humans, therefore the scientist who created these chemicals cannot guarantee that there are no potentially addicting side effects like they can with the six approved C.E.P's.
- For every mystery chemical, there are three possible effects which have been predetermined and typed out by staff prior to releasing these drugs into circulation. All three of these options will stay hidden until users choose to inject themselves with the drugs.
- Once you have decided to use your mystery C.E.P, you must contact a staff member so that they can roll the dice and determine which of the three options will effect your character. These options come in packages, meaning that each option contains a description, statistical modification, after effects and addictive potential. So a single dice roll will determine all this.
- Once a user has injected themselves with their mystery chemical and their effects have been determined, then that option will be unlocked and posted here, under the chemical, for everyone to see. Keep in mind that there are a total of five mystery C.E.P's to be handed out and yet only three effect options. This means that there is a very strong chance that all three options will be unlocked at some point or another.
- Once all five players have used their C.E.P's, the chemical will either be removed from circulation or will be put into the approval phase and placed on the list of available consumables. The finalized effects of the mystery chemical will be determined by which option was used most between the five users.
Example: Users 1, 3, and 4 all unlocked Option #1 on Chemical X, while User 2 unlocked Option #3 and User #5 unlocked Option #2. It is then determined that Chemical X should be pushed on to the approval phase and placed on the market for regular use. When this happens, the effects in Option #1 will be the ones that are tied permanently to that chemical due to the fact that they were the most common to occur. - If you are given a C.E.P containing Chemical X or any other mystery drug, it is up to you when and where you choose to use it, though keep in mind that you will be opening yourself up to the luck of the draw, so to speak. If you have a problem with then, then you should contact staff immediately upon receipt of the device. Failure to do so will lead to the assumption that you are willing to take your chances and play along.
- This is for plot purposes, so there will be lingering effects IC wise that will happen if you take this concoction of chemicals. Not necessarily physical or mental effects, but more along the lines of story line effects. So I state again, if you do not think you can handle this, then please be sure and PM a member of staff right away upon receiving this item so that changes can be made.
- Regardless of how ominous this may all sound, rest assured that your character will not die as a result of using this C.E.P. This is for plot purposes, and though the effects could be severe, they will not be permanent nor will they be deadly. However, keep in mind that there is a chance for addiction, though this is something that depends not only on the drug, but also on the character themselves. If you have a character with a highly addictive personality, then they could very well become hooked on a drug that has a mild chance of causing that kind or reaction. Where as if you have a very strong willed character, they stand a better chance of resisting a drug that has a very highly addictive quality. Etc. Etc. Yet, again, I state, if you do not think you can handle this and do not feel comfortable RPing it, then let staff know before you receive one of these devices or immediately after receiving one.
