Explaining School Staff Items.....[/i][/color][/size]
Each head member of staff (ie. Superintendent, Headmaster, Head of Security, etc ) has the option to have an item created to represent their title and position, much like the Pillars and their items. However, when it comes to staff items there are certain restrictions set in place to prevent them from being viewed as OP or as unfair. Basically, the only way a head member of the school staff can own an item is if it has some sort of plot purpose, and hold rather heavy restrictions or limits. Pretty much, an item held by staff is just what it is intended to be, a representation of their position.
Just like with the Pillar Items, these items belong with the position, not with the character. Therefore, if a person is removed from his/her position, then he/she forfeits the item to the next person to fill the spot. Also, these items typically do not benefit the staff member in any way, but instead are designed to provide actual forms of punishment for the students, should they do something severe enough to warrant it. Not only does this allow the staff member of the school to perform their job more accurately, but it also allows for there to be genuine consequences to a characters actions other than something so harsh as having their ass beat, or having their title stripped away. (Although the former is always fun. Haha.) Add to that the fact that it allows for plot development between characters, and you have a useful item that is not OP in any way shape or form.
Now, keep in mind that just because a position has an item attached to it, this doesn't mean that the person holding the position has to use it. They can, as anyone else, opt out of using it if they desire. These are just in place for plot reasons, not to be forced upon people who do not want them.
Also, all items must be reloaded once they are used up. When a reload is needed, the holder of the item just needs to start a thread putting in their request for the reload. The thread can then be reused each time a reload is needed. [/font]

Headmaster's Detention Notebook.....[/i][/color][/size] Description: A small, black, leather bound notebook with refillable pages. Inside, it holds six detention slips, which the Headmaster can and out to six students at various periods in time if he feels that what they have done is severe enough to warrant it. No student may hold two slips at one time, meaning that they have to use up their fist slip in order to be issued a new one.
Effects: 1 Saturday Detention ( 25% reduction in the amount of money student can earn during the next Monthly Event before CHA bonus is taken into account. )
Refills: Once all 6 slips have been used up, a refill pad must be bought from the school's item shop. The price of these refills is $300
The following form must be posted in the thread in which the detention slip is handed out. The student who receives it should also make a point to post it in their next Monthly Event so that staff knows to make the needed reductions. PMing a copy to the Superintendent is optional.

Head of Security's X3 Taser Gun.....[/i][/color][/size]
Description: A Taser is an electroshock weapon that uses electrical current to disrupt voluntary control of muscles. The device functions by affecting "neuromuscular incapacitation" and the devices' mechanism "Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD) technology". Someone struck by a Taser experiences stimulation of his or her sensory nerves and motor nerves, resulting in strong involuntary muscle contractions.
Effects: Takes away 3 CON, 3 STR, and 3 DEX from opponent. Effects last one post. Once a student has been hit with the device in a thread, he/she cannot be struck again. Total of 3 shots available per cartridge and can be used simultaneously or in different threads. But once you have used all three shots, you must purchase a reload cartridge to use device again.
Refills: Each refill cartridge costs $300 and contains another 3 shots. [/font]

Head of Medical's Med Kit.....[/i][/color][/size] Description: This medical kit contains everything the Head of the Medical Department could need when out in the "field", so to speak. This silver case is made from a synthetic metal that was developed by Katashi Corp., making it pretty much indestructible. This make it a must have for any doctor that is working in less than favorable condition. The metal also prevents any type of x-ray scan from seeing through to its contents. It is equipped with a custom lock system that requires double thumb print IDs in order to open it. Only the Doctor has access to this case at any given time. The contents of this case include a series of items that provide fast and accurate healing to any person who needs it, helping the doctor to perform his duties that much more efficiently. Content:- One Sedative -- This is a premixed injection housed in a silver cased syringe. For use on patients that are out of control, unstable, or in need of instant relaxation. Within moments of receiving the shot, the patient will the fall into a very deep sleep in which he/she will remain knocked out for a few solid hours. (IE. The remainder of the thread they are in.) Due to the heavy affects of this drug, it is restricted to a "must use" basis, meaning that if for any reason it is administered without just cause, the Head of Medical will be at risk of losing his/her position.
- 2 Wound Compresses -- Two large white pads filled with a mixture of various chemicals and herbal concoctions that have been carefully developed over the years by the Katashi Clan, to treat anything from rashes, bruises, minor abrasions and burns. Simply twist the pad to crack open the capsule inside that contains the medications and then press firmly to affected area, secure with medical tape (also included in bag) and allow to remain for a total of twenty minutes (IE. 4 posts in a single thread). Once time is up, remove and the wound will have been healed up almost completely. They each cover an area of 10 in X 10 in.
- One Spool of Surgical Thread & Stitching Needle -- This thread is another creation that appeared within the Katashi Clan at some point in their history and that has been produced for use within the Clan for the past several years. The way it works is quite simple. When a patient is suffering from a serious wound of some kind, be it a bullet wound, a stab wound or any other lesion, the doctor or one of his/her nurses can take this thread and use it to sew up the wound once he/she has removed any material still within the wound. (IE. bullet, shards of glass, etc) It will take about two hours for the stitches to dissolve (end of thread) but once they do, the wound will be healed and the scarring will be minimal. A single spool contains enough thread to sew up three wounds, be it on one patient or three individual ones.
- Bottle of Pain Reliever -- Each bottle contains 10 Pills. Women require a dosage of
1 every 6 hours, men a dosage of 2 every 6 hours...Though typically it only takes one dose before further more manageable treatment is provided. The effects are pretty much instantaneous, providing the patient with instant pain relief which will last for a total of 6 hours. (IE. End of thread) The only down side to this medication, even though it does provide instant and complete pain relief, is that it does cause a slightly altered mental state. Something akin to being drunk, lethargic....high. Nothing too severe, but not exactly something a person can run around while high on. Again, if the doctor or any of his staff is caught abusing this, he/she will be subject to termination from his position. Costs to Restock Med Kit:- Sedative -- $150 each (may only carry 1 in the case at any time)
- Compresses -- $50 each (may carry up to 6 in the case at one time)
- Spool of Thread -- $100 each (may carry up to 3 in the case at one time)
- Bottle of Pain Reliever -- $200 each (may carry up to 2 bottles in the case at one time)
Should the case be lost or stolen, or some how destroyed, it will cost $1000 to replace.
Also, user must make a notation either in his/her bio or his/her character links page to indicate that they have this item as well as keep a record of its uses and its refills.
