This section is to keep track of who belongs to what school affiliated team or sport. For example, if you are a member of the football team, then your name should appear on the PHS #8011 Football Team list. Every club or sport should have a thread to keep record of this. These threads are the responsibility of the captains of these teams. Therefore, if you are head cheer leader, then you should create a thread in order to keep track of the members of the squad.
It is the job of the Varsity Captain to make sure that these lists are put up and that they remain accurate. This is just to keep a sense of order about things since we will be trying to maintain a typical school environment here, for the most part.

It is the job of the Varsity Captain to make sure that these lists are put up and that they remain accurate. This is just to keep a sense of order about things since we will be trying to maintain a typical school environment here, for the most part.
Basic Team/Club Rules.....[/size]
- You must go through tryouts. The Varsity Captain will hold open tryouts for all teams/clubs to start with, but if you miss these, then you can always request a personal tryout with either the Varsity Captain or the captain of whatever sport/team you are wishing to join.
- If you are a part of the team, you are still able to be kicked off. Just because your name is listed does not mean it is a permanent position. Though in order for you to be kicked off, the captain of your sport/team must run it past the Varsity Captain and you must be told ICly that you have been removed.
- If for some reason you feel that you were kicked off the team unjustly, you may contact the Headmaster to try and resolve the matter. ( Or the Superintendent if needed )
- There will be sporting events run from time to time. Depending on how well these threads go, how creative they are, and people's participation, there could be rewards offered to the members of the teams. Spectators of these events will not earn rewards.
- If you are a member of the team and would like to try and take the captain's position from whomever holds the position currently, you can put in a request through the Varsity Captain. He/She can decide then to hold a thread in which you take on the current captain in order to try and take their place.
- Captains of specific sports/teams will be eligible for a slightly greater reward during games/sporting events due to the fact that they are in control of the team. This is, however, contingent upon the fact that you show a clear display of leadership either prior to or during the event. ( For example, if you are the captain/head of the chess team, and you make a show of having regular practices...Then during a tournament, you are eligible for a slightly greater reward. )
- Any member of a team can have ideas about where to take things for their group and should not be limited just because they are not a captain or the Varsity Captain. If you have an idea for something that you think would be cool, fun or otherwise interesting, submit it to the Varsity Captain or a member of staff for consideration/approval.
- If you would like to start a team/club that has not already been started, you may contact the Varsity Captain or a member of staff in regards to this. If there is no current Varsity Captain, then it is likely you will either be asked to put together a basic outline of the team/club and hold tryouts or the Superintendent will hold them.
